Every time I come in here I am greeted with total, genuinely-happy service. There is absolutely no "salesy" vibe. Just real, down-to-earth folks. Now - for Steven - you are THE man.

This gem of a human made a 12-year- long dream come true with the delivery of my holy-grail watch. I can't take it off since I got it. And it truly was a freakin Cinderella story. Two weeks ago, I visited Alvin Goldfarb through friend recommendation, I was greeted by Margarita, she was very helpful and patience as I was trying on different Rolex and Parenai watches. Two weeks later, I returned to the store to put in a Rolex request for my wife and I'm hoping that I will be able to get the watch for my wife for our coming 25th anniversary (surprise gift).

Throughout my 2 visit, Margarita was helpful as well as quick on replying to my questions through emails. With my daughter graduation next year, will definitely coming back to AG for future watches/jewelry purchase.

I visited Alvin Goldfarb Jeweler last month when I was in Seattle on a business trip. I was looking for a 20th anniversary timepiece gift for my wife. I been meaning to write this well deserved review for the whole AG team. I recently purchased a Rolex from Margarita for my dad as a retirement gift and the experience and process was fantastic. What an awesome experience at Alvin Goldfarb! I would like to highlight the amazing individual Enzo. From the moment I got there, I was greeted kindly and was shown around the amazing selections. From there, we looked at all different types of watches. I picked his brain about each of the models and he really showed his enthusiasm for collecting watches. He is a great representation of how business should be conducted. Mark was an absolute pleasure to work with on my first luxury watch purchase. It was my first time visiting Alvin Goldfarb Jewelers and Mark met me at the door and I instantly felt at ease. Amazing experience with Mark and the team at Alvin Goldfarb. If you're in the market for jewelry or watches in the Seattle area look no further! My wife and I have been looking for a very specific wedding band for her since our wedding in September but had not been able to find a design like it before coming to AGJ. Mark sat down with us to understand the exact design my wife wanted and worked with us to order the perfect ring from Furrer Jacot to my wife's custom specifications.

The ring is stunning and took only 3 weeks to arrive, just as Mark had estimated, even during the busy holiday season! Steven (the owner) and Mark truly treat their customers well - while the team placed the order for the wedding band, Steven was kind enough check the prongs on my wife's engagement ring and brought it back sparkling and looking better than ever!

I have known Steven, Shelly and staff for more than a decade. Service is always on point and always professional. They are always trying to do better. For Christmas, AGJ and my wife secretly teamed up to get me a watch I have been asking for. Piece arrived Christmas Eve, wrapped up with childish gift wrap, and I didn't suspect a thing. This review has been a long time coming. The team at Alvin Goldfarb the the epitome of professionalism. Further, their professionalism is only eclipsed by their kindness and sincerity when engaging and helping their customers, not only educating but guiding them through their future purchases. In my case I would like to highlight two individuals in particular: Mark and Jerry both helped me with procure two very important timepieces which bookmark significant points in my life.

In the case of Jerry, he helped me and my wife purchase the Jaeger LeCoultre Master Control Date to commemorate our wedding. He was amazingly personable and kind, sharing stories of his own children and their wedding as we there celebrating ours. For Mark, he helped my wife procure the Rolex Explorer I (Reference 214270). As with all Rolex sports models, they are hard to come by and this was no exception.

I came in often asking about this piece and each time Mark would always greet me and spend he time answering all my questions and be gracious enough to show me what they had in stock even though he knew full well what I was after. He worked with my wife to surprise me with this piece this past Christmas and it made for one of the best Christmas surprises I've had in recent memory.

Mark offered an exceptional, consummate experience. Unfortunately, I have been privy to a few condescending experiences at other luxury retailers in the area. Upon contacting AGJ, I had the pleasure of speaking with Mark at which time he invited me to visit. There is always a feeling of trepidation when entering an establishment such as AGJ. However, upon meeting Mark, that feeling quickly dissipated.

Mark indulged me with information and was engaging; I was comfortable in asking questions. There was absolutely no pressure whatsoever. I had requested a Rolex that was not in stock. Other Rolex ADs just told me it was not available. Mark offered a few updates as shipments were received. Several weeks later, Mark contacted me stating Rolex had but one more of this particular (now retired) model and they would have it in a few days.

Mark delivered on his promise yesterday. I am so grateful for Mark and my experience at AGJ. Steven Goldfarb, President, followed up with a personal thank you. I will return.

I've visited many Rolex dealers in my travels across the world but Steven and his team are first class! I expressed interest in a new GMT Master II and I know they've been hard to come by for some time now with the shortage of many Rolex models worldwide. I was thrilled when Steven contacted me after a couple of weeks to tell me the model I was interested had arrived!
