I was in for the first time today. As I walked in I overheard the gentleman who walked in before me say that he just came in to say hi and didn't need anything.that mattered to me! I was greeted by the nicest gentleman who fixed my bent/scuffed wedding set from a fall I took all for free in 5 min.that mattered to me! Nowadays it's hard to find good customer service I will definitely be back!

Darryl and team at Mackleys is top notch! From the moment I went in they were friendly and shared tons of information to help guide in the buying process. I would recommend anyone looking for jewelry to stop in and give them a shot.

From start to finish, Darryl Mackley was excellent to work with and helped me build the perfect engagement ring for my fiance. I was an out of town customer, so Darryl always provided timely responses to all of my emails and helped make this as seamless of a process as possible. He was able to bring in any diamonds I wanted to look at, allowed me to compare them under the microscope, and used his expertise to explain everything a person needed to know about the diamonds they were looking at.

His expertise on the quality and beauty of diamonds gave me confidence that I was getting the best ring possible. Darryl also never tried to upsell or talk me into spending over my budget. It was truly a great experience working with him! My fiance and I couldn't be happier with how the ring turned out and I cannot recommend Mackley Jewelers enough.

Don't use them. Bait and switch I was referred to them by another jeweler. I called and asked if they accept foreign coins. They said I can bring them in so they can see who to recommend to call. I said I live 30 min away I don't want to drive 30-45 min just to ask in person what I can ask over the phone. The person said "then I recommend you go somewhere else and said thank you"

Tucked in beside Lane Music, just down from the Chop House on Kingston Pike, you will find one of the nicest jewelry stores around! Darryl Mackley offers friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous service along with the beautiful jewelry displayed in his shop. Today I went in to ask him some questions about one of my bracelets. I had not been in for a while and yet he knew me by name and was happy to see me, answer my questions, and completely resolve my dilemma.

I was not making a purchase, and yet he was completely as friendly and attentive as if I were buying a new piece of jewelry. That's just the way he is ~ not only does he take pride in the beauty and workmanship of the jewelry he offers for sale, but he genuinely cares about the people who come in to his shop. Anytime I need a new piece of jewelry, or an old one repaired or updated, he is my go-to guy ~ I cannot recommend him highly enough!

Family run business. You can count on a fair price for the piece you select. This has been my go to jewelry store since I moved here 16 years ago.

Wonderful staff, beautiful selection. I only wish there were more family run businesses like this one.

I can't say enough about how good this team are! They have been amazing at restoring an heirloom and just have the most wonderful customer service with thoughtful touches. I absolutely recommend them.

I would give this store a negative 10 if possible. I went with my girlfriend who was going to have a custom piece made. She asked me to go with her because I used to own a jewelry store. During our time there the store owner took offense to a suggestion I made to my friend about the transaction. I introduced myself to the owner and put my hand to shake his hand.

He squeezed my hand so hard it hurt and looked me in the eye while he was shaking my hand and told me "you're not welcome here when she (my girlfriend) comes here". I didn't tell my girlfriend anything about how he was conducting his business, I had just stated that he may give her credit for her silver she was considering to sell against her purchase. What he did to me was physical intimidation.

My husband and I met with Mr Mackley- we had some family diamonds that we wanted to make into one nice wedding set. He was very professional and informative of all options! He was able to create a 3D design so we could see the ring before it was made! It's more beautiful than I could have imagined and the price was extremely reasonable. Now I have an heirloom to pass down for generations to come.

I was impressed with the personal touch and local feel of the business. There was never a time that I felt leery of leaving the stones with a stranger. I would recommend everyone to visit this store!
