I called Tharoo after keeping my eye on a Tag watch for over 6 months. I decided it was time, get it, time. lol! Anyway- Abdul was kind enough to facetime and show me the features and of the Aquaracer and even sized up my wrist from just eyeballing it. Wella! 24 hours later my watch was at my door in Atlanta. I am very grateful for his exceptional service!

I've been looking to purchase a Tag Heuer Aquaracer for a little while and came across Tharoo when looking up ADs in my area. After calling and verifying that they had the model I was looking for in stock, I decided to make the drive to visit the store and I'm glad I did. The Tharoo family was friendly and easy to work with. My watch purchase was so pleasant, I also decided to get earrings for my wife. Tharoo will now be my main jeweler even though they are on the other side of town from my house. I will hopefully be back soon to purchase a skeleton Carrera that also caught my eye. Their selection of Tags is great.

Look I'm for out of town went to go get my necklace fix the clasp needed to be replaced was told one price over the phone came in left the necklace was given a price that was totally different for a totally different karat ask them how much it would cost to replace the original class gave me a mark up price on a different karat gold and then had the nerve to ask me if the necklace was real like you didn't even check it made me feel some type away, Me personally I have a lot of jewelry that was my work necklace that means a lot to me for safety reasons and some people don't understand and just try to get over on people and I feel that he try to get over on me plain and simple.

When you first walk in to this establishment you can really feel the love and the employees and owners wanted to make your shopping experience personalized. Me and my husband has purchased several things from them including Pandora charms, 2 wedding rings. All priced to perfection. They are now like family. Tharoo & Co. is a must stop when at Point Orlando. Abdul and his staff go beyond customer service, they make you feel like family from the time you walk in the door to far after your purchase. Claudia has assisted me over the past several years when buying 2 Tissot watches and a gold bracelet. Tharoo even helped with changing my watch band to red.

My name is Kim Bates and I recently had an issue with a Rado watch I had purchased from them. The people I spoke with were Sanam and Abdul. They were very kind and spent a great deal of time with me. Althought the watch ultimately had to be sent back to the manufacturer I felt the minute we spoke they were genuinely concerned and treated me with the utmost of respect and professionalism. This has to be some of the worst customer service from a supposed high end jeweler. I guess they cater to the tourist crowd so really don't care about repeat customers. After waiting 3 days for Abdul to be available, as he is the only one qualified to change a Rado battery, I drive across town after working 12 hours for FEMA to be told he was not available as I was told earlier that day he would be there at 4:30 so arrived about 5:30.
The gal did call him after I asked her to and I was told he was 45 minutes away and I could not leave the watch because he'd need to look at it. Now I am from Southern California and my experience with this type of establishment would have been to leave the watch and it would be looked at and they would let you know the diagnosis and discuss how to proceed. Most likely they would have offered some type of situation to make the customer feel valued. Not at this place. Very sad way to treat a customer.

Very pretty things and nice quality. However, my boyfriend bought my engagement ring there when we out of town on business and was led to believe they would size it for us before we headed home. When we return to jewelry store after he purchased ring and presented it to me it wasn't possible. It was very disappointing, and misleading. I guess it teaches you to do business from people you know in your town.
