I have been a customer of Sheffield's Diamonds since they first opened and won't go anywhere else. They are knowledgeable and have exceptional customer service. Five stars from me!

We bought a 3 ct diamond eternity ring from Andrea Bazil at Sheffield's and it is absolutely beautiful! The stones are very high quality (F/G color, good cut and VS1) and the sparkle is amazing! Andrea was very responsive and sent a lovely note with my ring (I live in CA). It was a very quick and smooth process and I felt like Andrea took a lot of care in working to provide a wonderful result. Importantly, she did so within our budget. I highly recommend Sheffields and Andrea, in particular.

I worked with Eric, the owner and manager, to create a perfect engagement and wedding ring for my now wife. Eric was always available to answer any of my concerns or questions throughout the process. The ring was exactly what I had envisioned and I can not thank the staff enough for all the help.

When we moved to Oro Valley, AZ, we were without a jeweler. We were so pleased meeting Eric Scheffields at his business. Don and I were impressed with the service and suggestions as my husband liked me to have nice jewelry. Eric is very fair and knows his diamonds. We have appreciated all he has done and continue to be our jeweler! Thank you, Eric!

We took a ring to Sheffield's diamonds on Oracle in Tucson. The prongs retaining the stone were bent and we needed a repair. The gentleman who assisted us estimated the cost of the repair at around $80.00. That sounded reasonable so and we agreed to proceed with the repair. A couple days later we got a message letting us know the "Re-sizing" of the ring would be $200.00. Re-sizing? $200.00? No!

We immediately called back but called while Sheffield's was closed (Sunday and Monday). When we finally got in touch with the store, we declined the repair, asked for the return of our ring, and requested the attention of the manager. Of course, the manager was unavailable at that time, but he/she would call us back right away. We were then told it would be several days before we could get the ring back because repairs are done by a third party.

The Sheffield's employee apologized for not knowing what the ring was in for (bent prong, not "re-sizing"). It seemed like forever before we finally got our ring returned, but the entire process took about eight days. We then took the ring to another jeweler (McGuire's, Ryan, who does his repairs in house). This guy was outstanding! Exceptional customer service, knowledge, and pride apparent. Cost? $23.50. I don't recommend Sheffield's Diamonds on Oracle Road for repairs. Oh, by the way, we never got that call back from a Sheffield's manager.

I have used Sheffields Diamonds Jewelry Store several times and have always been very pleased with the services. I had an upgraded setting and re-sizing for my 34 year old diamond wedding band. They replaced the underside of same band when it was damaged/cut by an industrial lawnmower. They helped me select a new "eternity" ring. Krista was so helpful in my choosing of the ring which I totally love.

They have helped me with the journey of maintaining my wedding band and selecting my new eternity ring. The proprietor is a young man of great integrity and he maintains a staff that fits his standards.

If I could give Sheffield's Diamonds greater than 5 stars I would! Absolutely exceptional customer service. All of the staff were completely welcoming and helpful. Customized a ring and I was told it could take 4-5 weeks but it took under 4 weeks with a call as soon as it arrived. Highly recommend and will definitely be returning in the near future!

I left my watches to replace batteries. After three business days I was told (David N sales associate) that my watch was opened but he cannot assemble it back. Because I signed a waver, I cannot request a reimbursement. I went to Jewelry & watch repair (NE corner La Cholla & Ina). Everything was done within few minutes
