Could not be happier with the service and production at Krikawa! My fiance & I both got our engagement rings here. Fiance custom designed mine and it is everything I could have ever wanted - and his is just as stunning! You can tell all of the staff is very excited about working with you and helping to design/plan your jewelry. Everyone is incredibly friendly and helpful!

I picked up my fiances ring about a week before I had expected it to be ready so timelines were not an issue at all. The staff is very willing to answer questions and all costs are explained upfront which I appreciated! I know we will be coming back for our wedding bands soon enough. What an amazing team to work with! I will definitely be recommending your services whenever I can!

We began working with Krikawa in 2019, however due to the pandemic the proposal did not occur until late April 2022. It didn't seem right to post our review until after we had both seen the ring, hence the lengthy delay. We are ECSTATIC to finally be able to give an in-depth description of our experience with Kirkawa because they were fantastic! Sandrine was the team member that shepherded us through the ring design process, using her knowledge to refine our vision.

After a couple of iterations and modifications, she had their graphic designer render an image that we were able to check and adjust until it looked perfect for us. It was an extensive process to locate stones that were the appropriate size and that also fit within our budget, but Sandrine worked tirelessly for months until she found exactly what we needed.

This meant so much to me as a disabled veteran because we were truly able to get our dream ring for a price that we could afford. The center stone of my ring is an oval light-yellow diamond and Sandrine had Lisa, the founder and CEO, consult with me. Lisa wanted to ensure that we were using the right materials in the right places to enhance the center stone compared to the two pear-shaped stones on the sides that are colorless (white) diamonds.

When deciding the color of the center stone's basket Lisa was originally unsure if my suggestions were correct, but she did a video call with me and physically modeled every example herself so that my yellow diamond shined perfectly. Lisa shared her expertise and ultimately agreed with my early choice; this speaks a lot to her character because it is easy to imagine that a CEO could be ego-driven, but Lisa possesses unbridled kindness and humility. Lisa and the entire design team at Krikawa are dedicated to doing what is necessary and taking the time to make the ring of YOUR dreams a reality.

The payment/invoicing process was simple and hassle-free. We received our ring in April of 2020 during the early Los Angeles lockdown period. Proposal plans fell through repeatedly, but we were in no hurry and wanted to make sure that it was a proposal that wasn't compromised due to the circumstances of the pandemic, and instead was something we will glow about each time we recount it for years to come.

And it was. Seeing the ring for the very first time was incredible; it is GORGEOUS and looks almost exactly like the rendered image. We would like to extend our gratitude to Sandrine, who spent more hours on the phone with me during the pandemic than I did with my own sister. We fully endorse Krikawa and will be contacting them soon about designing the wedding band!

My partner and I ordered matching tree of life white gold wedding bands with inside engraving from Krikawa towards the end of 2021. Working with this Krikawa was fantastic from beginning to end. They really listened to us and worked hard toward making rings that we would love. At one point I thought I wanted an engagement ring with a stone, but then I changed my mind.

Despite the loss of potential revenue, I was never pressured or treated differently in the slightest for downgrading our order. That is true customer service and I felt valued! Communication was excellent throughout the order process. They were transparent about costs and timelines from the get go, and they produced what they said they would, when they said would, for the cost they said they would.

They sent emails to offer helpful suggestions and examples, emails to check our decisions and recheck our decisions, and emails to provide updates during the production and delivery stages. I was amazed out how seamlessly we were able to have a consultation via video in the beginning and try out different ring sizes through the mail. I could not have been more pleased with our wedding bands purchasing experience. Oh, and we love our rings!

I've worked with Krikawa on 4 custom rings now and they are simply phenomenal. They create beautiful, well-crafted products and completely brought my unique. custom ideas to life. I personally picked Krikawa Jeweler because of their unique, gender neutral engagement rings and their support for the LGBTQIA+ Community! They were so responsive with emails, made sure my dream ring for my fiancee was created just as I'd hope, followed up with me once I received it, made adjustments to the ring along the way, educated me on the whole process, provided me with cleaning tips and insurance policy information, the ring shipped earlier than is expected, sent mints with the ring sizing as a sweet touch, and overall made sure I was always happy and satisfied! I would definitely recommend them to anyone who wants to support a small business because you're definitely in good hands!

I can't speak highly enough for these people, they were amazing! They were incredibly helpful and attentive throughout the entire process of design and creation of my custom ring, and the final piece came out better than I could have imagined. The quality, detail, and craftsmanship of what they made for me is just unreal. I didn't think it was possible to do such intricate work, it's just perfect! They gave me something that will be a treasured family heirloom, something our grandkids will fight over!

Krikawa Designs was a lifesaver when we needed wedding rings on a tight schedule. After being let down by a local jewelry store in Alabama, we were afraid we would not be able to find the custom-made rings we wanted. I was looking for a specific engagement ring design or a jeweler to make the one I had in mind and I found Krikawa. As it turned out, they already had almost the exact design I wanted. Their production and design team were great about making some small changes to the original design and they were extremely accommodating with the time schedule I had.

The ring arrived about two weeks early and looked beautiful. It was certainly received with great enthusiasm and admiration. It is a beautifully crafted ring and the staff are incredibly helpful and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend them and look forward to having our bands designed by them as well.

What a masterpiece! They did a stunning recreation of my favorite mountain range, and were able to include a personal stone that has sentimental value. From design through production and delivery, the level of service and the whole experience is world-class! The team at Krikawa is fantastic. They made a special wedding band for us that had all of the birthstones of our children in it (blended family). Also did a great job on repair of a favorite ring of mine. Their custom work is outstanding and the customer service is the best. I would not shop anywhere else or having any repairs done anywhere else. Simply the best.

I brought in some custom made rings in to be resized. The entire staff was fabulous. They were so knowledgeable and I felt safe leaving these sentimental pieces with them. They did the job in a very reasonable time and the results were absolutely perfect. Erika was wonderful to work with. I highly recommend this jeweler.

Beautiful Mokume wedding bands and other wonderful one of a kind jewelry. The staff was fantastic and treated us to such a special buying experience. Such a happy company to work with! They were so easy and informative. No surprises, and they keep you in the loop the whole time. All I needed to do was okay certain details, and send in pictures and they did the rest. I absolutely love my ring and can't wait for my bride to put in on my finger.

I needed to get my rings resized and Krikawa did a wonderful job. Everyone there is extremely helpful and nice to work with. They gave me a couple of simple bands in slightly different sizes so I could try them throughout the day and overnight to make sure I picked the right size. That approach worked so well! My rings now fit perfectly. I didn't buy any of their jewelry but did get to look at some different items and their jewelry is gorgeous. Can't wait to go back and buy something. In addition to sizing and cleaning my rings they also cleaned a necklace for me so everything is clean and sparkles again. Thank you Krikawa.

Seriously the best jewelry buying experience I've ever had. Customer service was great and the team was extremely helpful in making suggestions. I have gotten many compliments on my ring, everywhere I go people really notice it and are fascinated by the design. After more than 16 years of marriage (and an unfortunate theft involving my original wedding rings) my husband and I decided it as time for something new.

I really didn't want the standard ring from a national retailer, I wanted something unique.and that's what I got. A completely customized piece of art. We decided Mokume bands with rose gold liners. I also got a scaffolding solitaire and the diamond is spectacular. best part is that the appraisal came back above what we paid.

I fell in love with these Piaget rose bud earrings but the price was ridiculous so I did some googling to see if I could find something similar and found Krikawa's website. Their medium rose buds earrings was gorgeous. I had to have them! I was also glad they custom every aspect of it so if I wanted, I could use the different type of gold or gemstone or diamond.

I had asked for la pousette/protektor posts and backing and they easily accommodated my request. I was wary about ordering custom made earrings online from a vendor so far away but I've seen Krikawa's name on some wedding and jewelry forums before and felt they were reputable. The process was incredibly easy and there was also quick response.

I made a deposit through PayPal and they gave me a time frame for when the earrings would be complete. The quoted time frame was very spot on. I got an email a few days before and completed the purchase via credit card and the earrings were overnighted to me. The packaging of the FedEx box was secure so no chance of anything fall out. The earrings itself was in a very pretty, heavy jewelry box within a chiffon bag.

They didn't skimp on packaging. The earrings themselves were just as they were on the photos online - very beautiful! The diamonds were sparkly and eye clean. (I've seen some cloudy and poor quality diamond accents before so this was a pleasant surprise.) Overall, I'm incredibly happy and would buy from them again.
