Worthmore has a great selection on unique pieces that are very hard to find elsewhere. I got my lady's engagement ring here with Annie's help on design and ring choice. She made the process super smooth with none of the sales pressure you'd expect from the bigger jewelry chains. It was a pleasure working with her!

I had two rings made into one. A solitaire diamond sitting in a drawer for 50 years was removed from its setting and placed in a setting that had three small diamonds. The center diamond of the second ring was removed and replaced by the larger solitaire. My new ring is gorgeous! I've never been so proud. Neither was terribly expensive or impressive alone but combined, it looks great.

Worthmore is a great local independent jewelry store with fun knowledgeable staff who listen and are well resourced for repairs, appraisals and shopping for something special. At my wedding ceremony my husband stomped on a piece of glass under the chuppah and it has been in a baggy for over 2 years. Olya and the team at Worthmore in Decatur are awesome! The cozy and quaint store in downtown Decatur makes you feel comfortable, rather than being too flashy or like you don't belong. We first met olya several months before me and my fiances wedding when we were just looking for wedding bands to get an idea of what was out there. She wasn't pushy, but instead super helpful and knowledgeable about the rings and styles and materials.

She told us when would be a good time to come back and order, and of course we did! Olya even sent me pictures of the rings I had tried on because I didn't want to forget what they looked like in case they sold them by the next time we came in. I also needed to get my engagement ring fixed and Olya knew exactly what to do and passed along very detailed information to the jeweler to fix it. I recently had my engagement ring diamond put into a new setting that I purchased from Worthmore and had them fuse a wedding band to the setting because there was a low bridge. Glenn is amazingly creative, responsive and diligent. He has helped me use stones in older jewelry that I no longer wear and customize newer modern pieces. He has also searched and found unique gifts for our family.

Excellent service. Beautiful selection. Something for every taste. Went in to have some earrings I just bought there adjusted. Laura up at Worthmore was indispensable for us and our wedding. I came in looking for a wedding band and she showed me some great rings by an artist up in Massachusetts named Chris Ploof. It just so happened that in a few weeks, the store was having it's anniversary party and Chris Ploof was going to be in town. When I met Chris, we talked for awhile and I shared my idea for a ring with him; he ended up combining two of his ring styles and making me exactly what I wanted.

I think this is the kind of thing that can happen when you shop at a store where the people who work there are not just sales people, but also artists themselves. They attract other creative, unique people, and you end up with truly one of a kind pieces. My wife had a similar experience with Laura, as they designed both a wedding band for her that perfectly accompanies her engagement ring as well as a pair of earrings that held pearls that were family heirlooms. Worthmore has AMAZING jewelry that you can buy out of the cases, but in our experience, Laura helped us create one-of-a-kind pieces for everything we needed. This is a fantastic store. This place has everything you need to find your perfect engagement ring! I had done lots of research online and sent my fiancee dozens of pics of different styles only to end up even more confused. Laura was amazing and guided us through every step of the process to find the perfect ring that suited my fiancee. Laura suggested customizing the ring with two sapphire accents (my fiancee's birthstone) to make it an even more perfect match.

I had the BEST customer service experience at Worthmore with Liam Collins and Airin Osborne. I have a fairly new custom engagement ring from an out-of-state designer. I stopped by Worthmore in Decatur Square in a pinch before leaving town for the weekend to see if they could do a quick repair to a prong that had come loose. Liam was so kind and understood the time constraint I was in, and even took the time to show me some wedding bands while I waited. Airin fit me into her schedule and tightened up my center stone, which made me feel so much more comfortable about wearing my new ring to my weekend event.

They could have turned me away since I was in a hurry and my ring wasn't initially purchased at Worthmore, but they didn't. This company and its employees clearly understand how far a little patience, generosity and kindness goes - beyond a sales pitch or a commission. I will be coming to Worthmore for all my future jewelry needs because good customer service like this is truly hard to find!

I had a great experience working with Jonathon to pick out an engagement ring. It was only my second time looking around and I was not expecting to find something I loved, but somehow we managed it. They have a great selection as well as the capability to custom design. I assumed a custom ring would be so expensive, but they didn't overcharge at. all and we were able to work with renderings to get a perfect look based off of a ring I liked in the store.

She was meticulous about documenting the stones, showing me the condition of each, and talking about design. After carefully researching reputable jewelers in the Atlanta area, my sister and I decided to go with Worthmore for the design and creation of two very special commemorative rings to honor our mother. From start to finish, Dan went above and beyond in accommodating our wishes, taking a sincere interest in our story, and handling every detail of this project with such patience, care, kindness, and professionalism.

My fiance (boyfriend at the time) and I had been discussing engagement rings for a little while, but had seen very few in person. Olya was very helpful in showing us a variety of settings and stones, and then helping us design something custom to combine elements of various designs. We received CAD renderings of two beautiful options only a handful of days after our in store consultation.

It took three weeks exactly for our vision to turn into reality. I had seen the diamond in person and plenty of renderings, but nothing looked as beautiful as the ring in the box when he proposed. I recently dropped my engagement ring down the dish disposal (nightmare) and could not be more thrilled with the job that Olya did at the redesign. She was so creative and her suggestions were spot on - I love the finished product and she made a nightmare experience into a really beautiful result.

Worthmore Jewelers far exceeded my expectations. I couldn't be happier with my perfect engagement ring. It was 100% what I wanted and I am so glad we purchased from Worthmore. We worked with Olya throughout the whole process of designing the ring and choosing the diamond. I came in with an image of what I had in mind and from there Worthmore worked with their designers to create a 3D rendering of the design and then a wax 3D printed ring that I could try on.

I had actually considered ordering a ring online but am glad I didn't. This is a big purchase and I just wanted a person & place to rely on instead of an online business. Once the setting was designed, Olya provided lots of helpful information about diamonds so we could make an informed decision on a stone. This was our first diamond purchase so it was wonderful to have someone so knowledgeable to guide us.

I never once felt like I was being "sold to". Olya gave us the information and we decided which way to proceed. After we purchased the diamond, it took about 4 weeks for the ring to be ready. Olya kept us informed along the way. The whole process was seamless. We also ordered our wedding bands from Worthmore. Mine will be custom to match my ring. Worthmore also has plenty of beautiful engagement ring options in store if you are not looking for a custom ring.

They also have unique pieces with other stones from turquoise, lapis, labradorite, etc. Lots of great jewelry for all budgets and occasions. I know I will be a repeat customer!

My fiance and I worked with Olya to make a custom engagement ring based around the heirloom stones we were given by family. She was so helpful in providing suggestions and in communicating with us. My fiance was able to get the ring in time for his selected date to propose to me which involved a very quick turnaround time. The pricing was super fair and includes cleanings for life.
