The lady operating the front end of the store was very helpful and pleasant. The jeweler who was present that day was exceptionally rude. I went through a very nasty divorce a few years ago and simply wanted to unload my old wedding set. He turned up his nose, gave a very low quote (which I expected. I don't need the money, anyway), and said "I ain't got no reason to buy this." I understand not wanting to buy; however, the rudeness was unnecessary and unprofessional. I definitely won't be back for any purchasing needs that may arise.

I dropped my ring off to be sized June 12th. I've never received a phone call the next week like they said. I've been calling for 2 weeks now. No answer but I left voice messages. Ive left Facebook messages and even left comments on their Facebook posy. No response. So I took off work today and drove 1 hr 45 minutes to find out they are closed July 3-12.
Which is fine but I have been calling since before that and no response. I wasted a vacation day and drove 1 hr 45 minutes for nothing. They are nice when we bought the ring but the customer service is non existent after that so beware.

These people know nothing about Jewelry. I took a ring in, that was appraised for $5,000+, and all the man said was "It isn't good." No details were given, even when we probed him further. He continued to say "It isn't good. This just isn't the quality we would sell." I would recommend going to Levy's downtown. They were very professional and helpful in the selling of my ring. They also have a much larger selection if you're looking to purchase as well.

Best jewelry store I have ever been in. Staff is incredible always willing to go out of their way to make the customer happy. I have had many pieces from rings, earrings, necklaces and bracelets custom made and have always been very happy. I have sent family and friends and they all have been extremely satisfied. Isbell's designed an engagement setting for us for an asscher cut stone that other well-known jewelers seemed to have a difficult time assisting us with. They did a great job helping us find a setting to perfectly compliment it and later made a matching eternity band. They have the most amazing jewelry, especially their custom pieces, for a great price.
They are the kindest people and you will not find individuals who are more knowledgeable and talented anywhere around. I get compliments weekly and it's been a few years since my engagement setting was done; that says something in my book.
