Gloria helped me & she was amazing! She did everything she could to find me a memorial necklace for my little brother in my price range! All the staff were so nice & kept making sure I was being helped & kept offering me drinks. Gloria even helped me find a chain that would fit me perfectly since I'm so petite. She helped me find the most beautiful necklace I have ever laid my eyes on for my little brother & helped me figure out what I could engrave on it since you are limited to how many words you can put.

This is the first jewelry store in town I've been to & i will definitely be coming back. I 10/10 recommend this place! They will work with you & find the jewelry you are looking for in your price range! Thank you so much for all of your help! During my first visit I made a purchase. Why there? To even a casual observer, the climate inside the store was very welcoming and warm. Every visible staff member was dressed appropriately for the quality of the products displayed. My personal consultant, Kaily, had a relaxed demeanor and took time to gather information about my personal prefers.

Our experience with Gloria at Luisa Graff Jewelers was the best! The selection of diamond rings left us with more than we expected to chose from but Gloria was very patient as we spent the time we needed to be sure we picked the perfect ring and diamond to set in it. It took two trips to pick out the perfect one and Gloria set an appointment time for us to ensure we had her undivided attention to spend the time we needed to make the perfect choice. UPDATED REVIEW! I just recently took some loose stones I had to have Luisa Graff make me a custom piece and I was blown away! It turned out so beautiful, they did such an amazing job. The pendant photo is the custom piece they created from my Amatrine and Citrine stones I had. Luisa Graff Jewelers is the only place I will go for all my jewelry needs.

My husband had bought me some jewelry from another location before coming here 10 years ago to by my ring and let me just say the experience I had at the other location doesn't even come close to the service I receive from Luisa Graff. I have recently been in several times over the last 3 months, one being buying a 10 year anniversary ring and the other times have been to resize and fix jewelry I already had.

I mostly work with Leslie (spelling I hope is correct) and she was so wonderful in helping me find my 10 year anniversary ring. She let me take my time and she didn't care how many rings I wanted to look at before I decided on one. She never pushed me to just get one and leave, she really took the time with me and made me feel so welcome. Every time I have come in everyone is so friendly and very helpful.

I have also worked with Sam for some repairs and she was so helpful and she was willing to check on some pieces to see if they could be fixed before doing anything. I also worked with a couple others that I can't remember their names, but they have also treated me wonderfully and really helped me in all my other repairs. They clean my jewelry when ever I come in and if I purchase anything new they always make sure I get the emails for the warranties on my jewelry so that way I have everything I need before I leave.

I even have brought in an estate piece that I never trusted any other place with and every one here is so caring and gentle with it that I now only trust Luisa Graff with all my jewelry needs. I highly recommend this place to everyone.

We picked out an engagement ring with wedding bands today! Amy and Dan were our consultants. I am not overstating it by saying they were the greatest. We did not feel pressured and Amy answered ALL of our questions. We spent about 2 hours with them and we never felt rushed. We were extremely satisfied at the end of our experience. I would highly recommend Louisa Graff Jewelers.

Everyone is so nice and helpful in this store. My boyfriend purchased an engagement ring for me about 6 months ago. I recently went in for a ring cleaning and ended buying a band that matched. The girls that helped were super nice and I was in and out of there in time. This place was recommended to us by a friend of ours.

I walked into the store on a whim and was greeted immediately by an associate. I should say that there was a doorman first! The store is beautiful and my associate took me around all the showcases. She didn't rush me and allowed me to try on anything I liked. I bought a lovely ring and created a wish list. There was an associate for everyone who walked in the door! I was offered water. And my wedding rings were cleaned, too! It was a great experience and I recommend that you visit Luisa Graff Jewelers.

There are more elegant jewelers in town but for competitive prices, selection and excellent service Luisa Graff is a good choice. I purchased a pair of earrings for myself and my daughter and the salesperson was helpful, kind, not pushy and took good care of us. She also inspected and cleaned my wedding band and engagement ring while I was there at no charge.

We took my engagement ring in for a repair - it was missing a diamond and had a few loose prongs. The employees at Luisa Graff Jewelers were so helpful and kind even during a busy holiday rush. They finished the repairs quickly and were excellent at providing updates. We would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for new jewelry or repairs.

I am so so grateful to Gloria and the Luisa Graff team. I went in to find the perfect engagement ring, which I did, and was impressed at how attentive they were to my personal style, budget, and time frame. Things didn't end up working out with my then finance, and Gloria was extremely supportive both emotionally and through helping me alter the ring into something personal and beautiful. Many of the services (resizing, ordering of stones, soldering, and polishing) were done complimentary. I left with a cute gift basket, beautiful rings, and a friend.
