I outgrew my wedding band years ago and my husband wanted to buy me a new one. We had something in mind and went to a jeweler that was rated highly on Yelp. We did not go forward with a ring after two wax models were made because I felt the jeweler did not understand proportions and did not do a good job matching the wedding band to my engagement ring.

We went back to Turgeon-Raine, where we had 24 years ago purchased my husband's wedding band and later a necklace for me. I met Gloria Torres and she understood what I wanted and worked with me on the right size stones, the right cut for the look I wanted and on the perfect proportions to marry well with my existing engagement ring. The process was easy, fun and the communication all along the way was very good.

I am very grateful and so happy with my ring. If you want professionalism and high quality, go to Turgeon-Raine. They will treat you really well and you will not be disappointed.

Treated with utmost disrespect by the staff at the watch counter. Put us off completely. Will never be back Edit 4/19/2022. The response from the establishment is akin to calling us stupid because we apparently don't even know what store we walked into! This is an example of the arrogance of this establishment. I am talking about the Patek counter. Are you now claiming you are not a Patek dealer? Edit 4/22/2022.

Now why would we give you any attention after how we were treated both in person and this particular exchange? What is there to discuss? We found a better AD that we are happy to work with. As lifelong collectors & fans, it is truly disappointing to see Patek represented by your establishment. It devalues the brand ethos.
