A little bit crazy and confusing but they have some fun pieces at a much better prices than the boutiques who carry the exact same merchandise.

Took advantage of my teen's daughter credit card. 4 jewelry items $76.00. Everyone makes their own prices it is our decision if we buy it or not. I get it. Yet this lady starts writing the prices as she is ringing them up, on a corner with a marker. She writes $28. on a pair of earrings that in H&M would have cost not even half. The receipt reads $76.00 no individual pricing for each item.

Just the total $76.00 oh yea no refunds and no exchange. I hope your business lasts. My daughter is not rich yet. SO NOT RIGHT. My daughter noticed this outside she was really frustrated about her exam score. My amazing daughter don't worry mami God don't like ulgy. And this store lost 1 customer who can bring more young customers. Really smart and bright.

This place is wayyyyyyy overpriced 3x any store even with the discount quality not even good I purchased from them my jewelry peeled so fast it's supposed to be "gold filled " I think it's plated because it doesn't last long never again will I shop here it's wayyyy too expensive

OK SO first n foremost the people that work there act like you're going to steal they are always following people around which I find to be mad weird They also claim to be a place that sells gold filled jewelry BUT my earrings are starting to see the metal already and I'm confused as to how they're gold filled they were expensive for a wholesale place not very helpful they just want you to buy don't want you askin too many questions it's very annoying how these vendors try to play the game saying stuff is something it is NOT the earrings are not gold filled

Great selection, and good wholesale discounts. The service is hit or miss. I've gone and had really helpful staff, but the person who 'helped' me the other day was impatient and kept tapping her fingers. If you don't want my money, get someone else to help me. I'd rather not work with someone who is giving me attitude the entire time. Definitely be careful who you are working with, some of the sales reps.are just rude. They also seem to selectively apply the $200 wholesale minimum from person to person and day to day. I would give more stars if the service were better.

This wasn't normal. I have a tax Id to enter however the guy was extremely one sided and did not let me have the chance to tell him I had one.after a whole argument I finally got in and when I was looking into the rings the lady was speaking in Spanish about me but little does she know I'm from Mexico.when I was looking around I felt like I had police investigating every step I was making.

I will not be entering this jail again and it's so sad because they're jewelry is pretty even tho one of my bracelets broke and I always end up leaving paying 200$+

The jewelry was absolutely beautiful, but the store has changed since Covid and instead of the unique colored costume jewelry, they're selling sterling silver and it's more difficult for a small business to function when the purchase price for a pair of earrings costs $60-$80 wholesale, the retail would be too much to ask a client to pay.

Be prepared to be treated like a criminal as soon as you walk in. I went in yesterday knowing exactly what I wanted. So I walk in and an employee chased after me asking me if I needed help. She startled me, coming at me pretty aggressive from behind and when I turned around looking annoyed, no apology or anything. No one likes to be startled. Anyway, No I didnt need help, since I knew exactly what I was going in for.

So I made a beeline directly to the aisle I needed and again, a different person pops out of no where and asks me if I need help. I told her no, I found what I wanted as I was reaching for it. And in all attitude she says well you need to check in your umbrella and carry a tray if you're going to shop here. Um ok? I dont mind carrying your stupid tray and I dont mind checking in my unbrella. However, I do mind being aggressively chased after and startled and then with an attitude being told something that is apparently a rule which I have no idea about.

And if they think coming at me asking, do you need help, softens the interrogation. it doesnt. Simply because of how they come at you. The women who work here need a serious attitude adjustment and people skills. If you have rules you need people to follow in store, it helps to approach your customers with a little more kindness and grace and not attack them. Otherwise, the jewelry here is interesting and OK priced.

The store is amazing they have almost everything you want and every style the quality is very good and has good prices i never skip a change to go in. the employees are very nice.

I have spent thousands of dollars at this store for my business. They are incredibly rude, tasteless and tell me each time they do not remember me. They ask if I have shopped there before when I have had full on conversations with them multiple times a week. They constantly change my wholesale price and the women who work there are not bright at all. When I ask for a ring that we are both looking at, they tell me they do not have it. When I am pointing at it. Do not shop here.

Jean and Kish are the nicest people in the world. I've been coming here with my Aunt since I was a kid. Always a pleasure to do business with them and they have an incredible selection!

THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE AND WORSE OWNER! The jewelry ALWAYS breaks and when you show them the terrible quality jewelry they sold they won't honor it. AVOID at all costs.

I have purchased a LOT of jewelry from this place. It should have been the first red flag that they offer complimentary repairs.good quality jewelry should not need repairs. That said, I brought in two rings for repair and the repair staff was not there on a weekend, so they said they would mail me the jewelry. Over a month later, I have not received it, so I called and was told by Peter that it was mailed on February 13. Naturally, I asked for tracking information so that we can find the package.

He replied that it was sent with no tracking. I asked what we can do about this and he would not commit to any kind of replacement and only said that I would need to come into the store for him to "work something out." A complete joke of a business - who mails out repairs of jewelry just hoping they will get there and when the package is not delivered, will do nothing to make it right with the customer.

They are the WORST place! They told me to leave the store because I had a stroller. The owner told me he did not care that I left he did not need my money. This place should be shut down, the staff are horrible! I will never go back and will definitely tell everyone not to go! The owner should not have a business if that is how he treats customers, and I was ready to spend a lot of money, but he will NEVER see my money!

Amazing store. amazing owners. help us with whatever we need. gives drinks if you're thirsty. tons to choose from. and reasonably priced.

I liked this place very much until today when I went in there. I buy jewelry for myself there. Today I went in and spent about 1hour to 1hour and 10mins inside. One of the owners came up to me and said that I have to go because I'm spending too much time in there. I bought a lot of jewelry so I need time to see if it suits me and how I look with it.

Plus an hour inside a jewelry is not too much at all. That was very rude, disrespectful and disgusting for the owner to come up to me like that and say something like this. My last time going inside that store. There are plenty of other similar stores around same area with good prices and options. The owner is disrespectful!

This is a massive store that takes up an entire block. We came in under the impression that they were wholesalers but it was in fact quite the opposite. Much of what they told us when we were browsing was that we would get everything half off and then we were sold everything regular price. I would not recommend this place if you are interested in finding items to sell for retail. These guys are very sneaky.
