They never return calls. They changed ever since Feb 2020. They are only online now. Do not buy. Beware! They finally contacted and their only concern was for me to adjust my rating. They stated that they were away on vacation which was the reason for the return call. Really? I called for weeks on end. They only contacted me when I put out a poor review.

My fiance first purchased my original engagement ring here in November of 2018! After losing my engagement ring I reached out to Firenze in hoping to create a new one! I spoke with Gabrielle about my concerns and worries and she did the best job to put my worries at ease and ensure that Firenze would be able to complete my new ring in time for my wedding!

The process was very easy and I received weekly updates about the status of my order! She made the process effortless and I'm not only very pleased with the outcome of my new ring but how much they cared! Thank you again Gabrielle for being so amazing and helpful! I purchased a pair of diamond earrings for my wife as a gift for our 5 year anniversary. I was very decided on what I wanted to purchase before going to Firenze, one of several stores on my list to go to. I've purchased from another jeweler in the Diamond District before (one of my go-to stores), they were on my list as well. But, in my research of earrings available, the overall grade of diamonds, the selection, and price, Firenze really stood out!

After reviewing the selection at Firenze, seeing the difference in earrings, the style and how they appear, etc. I actually wound up making a different choice, a better choice. And, one that my Wife is very happy with. I was very happy with the experience as well! I met with Kerri who was very honest, shared her opinions as well as her knowledge, and helped me make a really good and informed decision of the options of selection available. Overall, a 5-star rating all around, and definitely on my list of go-to jewelers going forward.

I recently purchased a ring from Firenze Jewels and couldn't be more happy. Myles, Kerri and the entire staff were so great to work with. Myles answered every question I had, showed me so many different options that I had never even considered. Such a classy and knowledgeable group of people. I walked into many other stores in the diamond district and found no one like them.

Great customer service and they worked with me on pricing and payments. The ring turned out better than I imagined. She said yes and hasn't stopped looking at the ring or getting compliments since. I would definitely recommend Firenze. Ask for Myles or Kerri.

I purchased my wife wedding and engagement ring from Firenze Jewels. Our sales person was Ron and he helped us. He helped us with finding the perfect ring which my wife loved when I proposed to her. My wife loved it so much that I got laid the same night. It was the best night of my life.

Very over priced and look to make big margins and sell items over list price to cash in!

I recently purchased a diamond ring at Firenze Jewels from Kerri Lavine, whose professional help made this one of the best purchasing experiences I've had. She has worked in the industry for years and proved herself to be an extremely knowledgeable gemologist. She asked me a number of questions that allowed me to find the right ring for my taste and my budget - and was also able to answer all of my questions so that I felt comfortable and confident with my final choice.

As a true professional, Kerri made buying a diamond an exciting and enjoyable experience. I have recommended her to all of my family and friends and will definitely use her again in the future!

Kerri and Myles were amazing to work with! My "now" fiance and I planned our trip to the Diamond district months in advance. We researched the jewelers and also checked their records with the Better Business Bureau before choosing 3 stores to shop at for a ring! Needless to say after we met with Myles and Kerri, we no longer wished to shop anywhere else!

They were professional, knowledgeable and most of all CARING! We chose our exquisite diamond and unique setting on Friday afternoon and were promised it would be sized and ready on Saturday in time for our engagement party on Sunday. We had 3 other couples joining us from out of state and Kerri and Myles came through like brilliant, shining stars!

Bought my wife's engagement ring here about 12 or 13 years ago. It's still as lovely as the day we bought it, but of course has had a couple of polishings and rhodium platings since then. She lives it just as much as she did those years ago. Only thing I didn't like was they were a bit 'salesy' bordering on slightly pushy, but that's to be expected really.

The staff at Firenze is amazing! My husband and I purchased my wedding band, engagement ring and a diamond spacer from Firenze. Jeff, the owner is a kind and genuine person, he remembers all of his customers by name as well as what they bought. We usually work with Kerri, she has amazing taste and knows what will work for your budget. When you meet her you feel like you have known her forever!

My husband and I recently looked at other stores to find a diamond spacer and nothing matched the quality Firenze offers. My husband and I will continue to come to Firenze for all of our jewelry needs.

My husband purchased my engagement ring from Firenze jewelers in June 2014. Ron was our salesman. We got engaged at the end of August. Within 5 months, 3 accent diamonds from my setting fell out, two on the halo and one on the band. Obviously we went else where to purchase our wedding bangs and that jeweler was FLOORED at the amount of money we spent on the setting and the quality of the band.

He showed me under a microscope many other loose stones on my setting. It was very upsetting. Buyers beware. Updated -- Please note that contradictory to the business comment below, I actually DID contact Firenze after the incidents and spoke with Ron. Jeffrey - If you "have no idea who this person is", you cannot claim that I never raised this issue with your company.

Also - the time I posted this comment has no impact on what happened. Even if the stones fell out 2 years later and I wrote this review, that would still be unacceptable. I felt inclined to give you a rating after having conversations with couples looking to be engaged on where to go & where not to go for their rings.

I've been shopping at Firenze Jewels for years, ever since my husband purchase my engagement ring there. I can always count on beautiful quality, and excellent customer service.

They definitely have beautiful and unique items there. I have purchased 3 pieces from them. One blue 18k sapphire and diamond heart, one pink 18k pink sapphire and diamond heart and one 18k pink sapphire eternity ring. All 3 have lost stones. There really is no reason why a pendant should lose stones, a ring I could see but not a pendant. Beautiful items but I feel that whoever is supplying their items could do better on the workmanship.

I have been extremely satisfied with the many purchases I have made from Ron at Firenze over the course of several years. Never pushy, always helpful, and very patient. I have been through the pain of running from shop to shop on 47th street to get a "good deal" many times. Firenze is a much more relaxed experience. Are their prices a bit more than some of the others on 47th street? Yes. However, their designs tend to be unique and there is much less hassle.

I always know what I am getting and negotiating is a bit less stressful. Yes, as with any jeweler, negotiate. Warning to anyone going to 47th street (especially tourists): Do your research, know what you want, and know the average prices before you hit the stores. Practice negotiating. Prepare to walk away - many times. Expect that the vast majority of shops will treat you like a bag of money and nothing more.

Decided to go to Firenze because my colleague recommended them. The salesman was not overly pushy, but he was definitely a salesman. We ended up buying a $3,000 setting. My fiance took it too our trusted jeweler and he appraised the quality for $700 less than what we paid for it. I ended up having buyers remorse on the style of the ring, and I course they would not take it back.

I tried to sell it to other stores on the street, and no one would even give me more than $500 for it. So now I'm stuck with a ring I hate. The only option is to upgrade it for another overpriced ring! Wouldn't recommend this place.

Customer service is exceptional. Anyone who says otherwise is lying. I am so happy to have finally found a trustworthy jeweler in Manhattan. My husband and I purchased our wedding rings there and other pieces of jewelry. Great quality!

We didn't buy anything and had just had a day full of terrible customer service from just about every other store on 47th street. I forget the gentleman's name that helped us but he was patient, informative, knowledgeable and helped make a huge decision a little less stressful. He helped me narrow down what I liked, taught us the differences and which differences are more important than the others. Really great. I would only return to this place on 47th street. Thank you!

My wife and I were in NYC celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary and we spent a couple of hours walking up and down the street. We wanted to check out what the "diamond district" was all about. We went in to a few places and got the "hard sell" so we mainly window shopped to avoid the discomfort until we got here and saw a necklace she loved. We probably took up an hour looking at all these different pieces as we got an education in jewelry.

We departed the store without making a purchase and the salesman couldn't have been more gracious. We split up in the afternoon (she wanted to go to a Salon to get pampered and do some shopping on 5th avenue) and I decided to go back and buy my wife the necklace she fell in love with as an anniversary present. Had he not taken the time and had the patience with us to walk us through all these things, there is no way I would have ever bought anything but we were made to feel really comfortable and that goes a long way.

When we met later that day, I surprised her with it on top of the Empire State Building! She loved it and I am so happy these guys gave us that moment and a beautiful reminder of it every time I see the necklace.

My boyfriend and I visited Firenze Jewels in June 2014. We had just started shopping for and researching engagement rings and a friend had recommended Firenze, as he purchased his wife's engagement ring and wedding ring there. We spoke with Ronnie and Kerri. They were both super helpful and amazingly knowledgeable about the stones and settings.

We ended up choosing a diamond. The next day, I called back wanting to see more stones (I was unsure about the original diamond, as it was such a large purchase and wanted to 100% positive with my boyfriend spending so much money). We made a second appointment and returned a few days later. Again, the staff was helpful and showed me all of the stones I requested.

We chose a different stone, and I couldn't be happier. I am eagerly waiting to receive the final product! Overall, it was a great experience and I would fully recommend Firenze jewelers. My boyfriend and I met with 5 other jewelers in the diamond district before going to Firenze (and we both felt like we were meeting with sleazy car salesmen.) After we went to Firenze, we both looked at each other and agreed that the experience there was pleasant and far greater than with the other jewelers we previously met with.

Customer Service is awful! After spending over 50 grand in less than 2 years, you would think they would care about their customers. Instead their response is "You're right, we are very busy and make alot of money. We dont' need your business or recommendation." I would never recommend anyone else to them ever again. Save yourself they nickel and dime you every way they can. And they are almost always sarcastic!

I bought a.75 total weight diamonds by the yard necklace last week from Kerri at Firenze Jewels. It is such a pretty necklace and I had done by research so I know I got a very good price on it. I live in the San Francisco Bay area and had priced similar necklaces out at our jewelry mart, but I got a better quality necklace for about the same price at Firenze. Kerri was great!

She made the whole experience such fun and I would go back in a New York minute to have her help me. This was my first visit to New York with a group of girlfriends and this necklace and experience will be a very special memory for me. Thank you Kerri!

Firenze Jewels is the place to shop for beautiful diamond jewelry. Once I entered the store I fell in love with their big fashionable rings with precious stones. A few of my big right hand rings are from here and so is my engagement ring. They specialize in creating your dream engagement ring. The staff was very patient and helpful throughout the whole process.

Our friend recommended both my fiancee and I to purchase an engagement ring at Firenze Jewels, which was the best decision we have made. Kerri, the sales person was very skilled and friendly. I have been to several different places and found the best deal here. I gave her a budget I was working with and Kerri gave me several options to choose from.

We were able to pick one out that fit with what I wanted and was looking for. Then she showed me different shapes and sizes for loose diamonds, which I found one that fit perfectly into the setting.
