About 12 years ago, I bought an engagement ring from Delicate Gem based on a recommendation from my dad. A couple years later, my then fiance and I took the trip into NYC to buy her wedding band. Fast forward to now and I was shopping for a 10 year anniversary present. I emailed Harry and he was fantastic. I wanted to match her wedding band and with a couple of pictures and the paperwork I got 10+ years ago he was able to duplicate it exactly.

We did everything over email and he was extremely responsive and easy to work with. I gave my wife her gift last night and she was blown away. I can't recommend Delicate Gem enough. Thank you to everyone.

Harry at Delicate Gem NYC was a pleasure to deal with. I'm from out of state and Harry took great care of me. It wasn't a small purchase so I was a little skeptical. After speaking with Harry, I felt I could trust him so I went with it. He sent me videos of the diamond and specs. He answered all of my questions very quickly (even after hours late into the nights).

I was going to get the setting made by a local jeweler but decided to go with Delicate Gem NYC for both the setting and diamond. I told him I had a reunion coming up in 2.5 weeks. It usually takes 3-4 weeks but Harry worked so hard to get the ring done in 2 weeks. I received the ring earlier today and I cannot be happier. He kept in touch throughout the whole process.

Harout was super helpful and patient with me helping me design my fiances engagement ring. He consulted with me and educated me about all parts of the ring. Great experience with them. Went to few places but no one actually seemed interested educating and creating the custom design setting that we had in mind or the price was insane. We spoke back and forth in editing and creating the setting, they listened to my every neurotic request. The ring turned out exactly what we discussed about and I am in love.

After going to the diamond district multiple times looking for a custom engagement ring I was unsatisfied with the responses from several jewelers. Repeatedly I was told it was "impossible" to do within my price range but then I found Delicate Gem. Harout assured me is was possible and showed me a selection of diamonds within my range the first time I came to visit.

During this initial interaction he recommended switching to a different cut even though it was a lower price since he believed it would work better in the setting I wanted. At this point I knew he was actually trying to help me get my dream ring created rather than looking to make a quick buck. I was looking for a wedding band and couldn't find what I needed from local jewelry shops and was hesitant to order such an expensive piece from a random online shop. I was referred to Ari by a friend of mine who had nothing but great things to say about him so I reached out to him about my request. After a few emails back/forth Ari started work on my ring and had it completed within the estimated time frame. I can't begin to explain how accommodating and amazing this place is. I came in with huge demands and they met all of them within a very short time frame. No other place in the area was as accommodating as them. Everything was custom made and according to my specifications.

Delicate Gem is AMAZING! I reached out to Harry through Etsy a few months after my fiance had given me my engagement ring (also done by Delicate Gem) to see if he could create a custom wedding band to curve around my ring. He was very quick to respond to my request, and after chatting back and forth about what I wanted, I sent my ring off to him to get started.

He had an online mockup of what the band would look like within a week, and once approved, he got the band itself done in a very timely manner as well. He sent me photos of my ring with the new band so that I could see what it looked like before he sent it back, and within two days after that my rings were shipped back to me. Harry was beyond professional, timely, and communicative with my custom order - I'm so in love with my rings from Delicate Corp!

My husband and I have been getting our jewelry made here for 4 years! Harout and his team are incredible and very trustworthy they produce some of the most high quality pieces of jewelry you have ever seen. Everything made and no middle man. Prices are very fair for what they do.

This store claims to have a 100% refundable policy within certain time period but NO, THEY DO NOT. We reached out within a month but they decided to tell us such REFUND POLICY DOES NOT EXISIT. That's just shady! I mean. we made a 10k purchase on a ring with these people- this is the biggest amount we've ever spent, but we found out they don't follow through what they told us?!

Not creditable at all! If anything comes up and you need them to stand behind their store policy like us do, don't hope for it, they won't honor their promises. Consider putting this large amount of money to whom you can TRUST- that's a must! UPDATE! wow, the owner commented we allow '20days of return' and 'you didn't come to request the return in person' below. but guess what? they just UPDATED THEIR WEBSITE TO REDUCE THE TIME! unbelievable! for 40 years in business and you have ONLY 20ish reviews and you claimed there's no negative ones- here's one customer who's paid 10K+ to you making a REAL complaint. Yes, this will be also filed with BBB, which I noticed you are NOT even registered with them!

If you'd like to eliminate this negative comment maybe you should accept the return as you promised before you updated your website. AND we went into the store in person to talk to you. Look under the name David and you shall see!

Delicate gem did an amazing job on my engagement ring. It was everything I could have wanted and more. It's absolutely stunning and it's custom to me. My fiancee had the best experience there and truly enjoyed working with all of the staff. They made the process for him easy, and enjoyable. I have the most beautiful Ring from them to show off! I have been doing business with Ari since 2000. He is the best at getting the most value for the best price. He is very good at putting you at ease and determining what it is you are looking for. Picking a diamond depends on many variables and determining which of those is most important to you is what he is best at. Ari and his team did it again! We went there to pick out our wedding bands and they were helpful, thoughtful, and once again helped bring our vision to reality. We couldn't be happier with the quality of work and professionalism shown by every single person in the store. My engagement ring and wedding band were made by Delicate Gem. They are absolutely perfect in every way! They use diamonds of the highest quality and the workmanship is just flawless! Cannot recommend this place more. My now husband was told about this place by someone who "knows about diamonds very well and has been coming here for years". He got my engagement ring here, months later we returned for our wedding bands- I think Ari told my husband that he was going to give him a good deal, sure he did. We have no idea about stones or metals.

The staff here is absolutely amazing. Ari and family worked closely with me on getting the exact setting I wanted.
