I'm very happy with my custom branded boxes from Zakka. The turnaround was fast and the quality is fantastic. Great customer service and communication. I shopped around before deciding on a supplier and Zakka was definitely the best in terms of value for money and a low minimum order of 100 boxes, which is perfect for a small business like mine. They seem to be the only Canadian based supplier that offer 2 high boxes at an affordable price.

I purchased a white leather necklace display for my business, and have seen an increase in sales since I have been using it in my product photos. Wonderful items, can not wait to place another order.

Great turnaround for orders both pick up and shipping. Overall, I've had no issues with this company and I purchase majority of my packaging items from Zakka. The images seen on their website look exactly the same as the actual products. Good customer service. I would definitely recommend them. My only pointer would be to offer exclusives pricing to repeat customers like myself.

I am completely shocked at the product quality of the Velvet jewellery boxes which they ares supposed to be of high quality, 21 items out of 65 were not able to endure more than 1 time Open-Close before the mechanism fails. I have contacted their support and they are trying to evade responsibility. I didn't want to get the same boxes from China for a fraction of the price assuming that to buy from a Canadian company means a quality control process has been implemented to assure the products quality. I am totally disappointed and loosing confidence in doing business with Canadian companies.

I do not know what happened to Zakka. I recently ordered some supplies from them, it was shipped in a whisky carton and my supplies were not arranged properly. I am so unhappy with the way my order was treated. Shipping was fast, and for that I am grateful. Also, the last time I spoke with a staff on the phone, she was very far from polite. I am however pleased with my supplies, but kindly include instructions on how to fold the jewelry box, as some of us need help.

If I could leave a 0 star review, I would. I have never taken the time out of my day to leave a bad review; but Zakka Canada will be the first. I have been a customer of Zakka Canada for over 3 years. I usually order linen pouches with my logo printed on them. I ordered 3000 last time- and about 75% of them were damaged. The ink bled everywhere, the color of the ink was way off, the logos were not straight, etc, etc.

The quality of some of the pouches were even coming apart at the seams I asked for a refund, or for Zakka to reprint the damaged bags. They replied "no refund on custom orders". but what if the custom order was COMPLETELY not up to standards. They finally agreed to examine them. So after I spent over 36 hours going through them, I sent only 1200 back.

It took 4 months for them to sort through, and on Friday I had an email saying that there was only 160 bags damaged and that they would refund me for $100.00. I paid over $1700 for my order. As a small business owner, I have been completely taken advantage of and this does not sit well. I am in contact with other customers of Zakka that they have done this to in the past; and we are ready to file a class action lawsuit.

I have saved all my emails, have many pictures of the damaged bags, and have logged every single hour of time spent on this. If anyone else would like to join you can contact starlarox@hotmail.com

Great service, and great turnaround. Ordered: - Black Bubble Poly Mailer - Pink Deluxe Suede pouch - Polishing micro fibres And they were all great, in amazing condition and how they look on their website. Will definitely be using them again as my supplier of boxes and PolyMailers.

Unprofessional. I purchased 100 cotton bags to use for packaging jewellery. They arrived smelling strongly of mold. When I called them to say they smelled like they had been in damp storage, the person told me "yes that's possible". Yet, their only "solution" was to suggest that I send them back at my expense, or drive for an hour to their store. So far this hasn't been resolved and it has taken enough time that I will not have the bags I need for a sales event. I will not do business with them again.

TERRIBLE SERVICE! They lost my order and will neither refund my money or send me another package. I needed the products for a store opening and because Canada Post has "lost" the package they will not do anything until Canada Post "finds " the package. By which point it is too late. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE__ IT WILL DISAPPEAR INTO NO MANS LAND!
