I walked in here with absolutely no idea how engagement rings worked or what they cost or anything. I originally tried to go to another place but their doors were closed and the employees didn't seem to notice me. When I came to Rothschild the doors were wide open so I walked right in and was immediately greeted and offered assistance. In just a few trips working primarily with Evonne, I left with a beautiful ring at a cost I was very comfortable with.

I was never pressured or felt compelled to do anything I wasn't comfortable with. I was presented options within my budget and according my specifications. It was as seamless a process as I could have hoped for. Would absolutely recommend to anyone. The entire staff was extremely patient and polite. It was exactly what I was hoping for.

Becky was incredible, the service was top notch. Never in my life have I felt more taken care of by a business. All my questions were answered and I felt very educated on the different types of diamonds before I even spent a dollar. Would highly recommend this business if you are looking for an engagement ring.

Changing to 5 stars because Diamonds by Rothchild is apparently not affiliated with Paul/GeekDot Keeping the Review so the next people can have a course of action of they get messed around. Thanks to Becky***** I had this replacement mailed and at my door within days. ********** After years of research I finally settled on a "custom" piece by Paul.

Just before popping the question I noticed the ring looked like their were some. issues. In "curing" or so Paul claimed. Naturally, I contacted Paul and notified him of my concerns, and he recommended either replacement or refund. I opted to wait until my fiancee saw the ring before deciding. The ring went from bad to worse real quick. But when it was all said and done we couldn't imagine our big day without this particular ring.

After receiving, a return label and mailing our very bady crafted engagement ring, and a promise to make things right, Paul stopped responding to email, phone calls. Honestly, I could not be happier to have opted for the more economic and earth friendly option, because had I paid for the bells and whistles, I would have escalated this at breakneck speed. In the end, I am hoping to either have the ring I was promised, or issue me a full refund. Either way, don't just expect that I will go away if I am ignored.

So I had my engagement ring from my divorce. The people at Rothschild's gave me an excellent trade-in And helped me design a new necklace. I absolutely love it. The whole team Made the experience fun and special. I would highly recommend them.

Becky at Rothschild was amazing throughout the process. Like most guys, I was trying to educate myself on my own, but there is no substitute for someone willing to teach you and answer your questions along the way. I even asked her about diamonds I was looking at other retails (including some big box guys) and she was open and honest about her feedback - you could tell she just wanted to make sure I made the right choice for me.

She made sure my budget was kept in mind, while getting the right diamond for me. That combined with custom designing a setting made for my fiance's specific ring, made my fiance's ring one-of-a-kind. In summary, that feeling of having someone truly knowledgeable and wanting the best outcome for you really took the pressure off and ultimately helped me get a ring my fiance absolutely loved. if you're looking to buy an engagement ring (or any other jewelry), I would definitely recommend going to Rothschild.

The staff at Diamonds By Rothschild are an awesome group. Everyone there was very friendly and helpful. My intention was to just browse and see their inventory, but I walked away with so much knowledge about diamonds. Since my visit to the store I have been telling my friends and family to make their jewelry purchases at Diamonds By Rothschild.

After trying other jewelers in the area and striking out on the perfect ring, we found exactly what we were searching for. Becky and Paul were super helpful, kind and knowledgeable. We ended up with the perfect ring for a very reasonable price, custom made to exactly what we were hoping for. It looks amazing. Could not recommend this jeweler any more!

Henry, Becky, and rest of the staff were so accommodating and friendly, and met my every request from personal finishes on the engagement ring to an expedited timeline to meet my proposal date. They do everything in house and continue the relationship and maintenance beyond the point of sale. So glad I went with Diamonds by Rothschild. Highly recommend.

I purchased a custom designed eternity ring that thrilled my wife. They employ a unique software that takes an idea and brings it to life. They softened the edges, set the diamonds close to the core which created a very comfortable beautiful fit for my wife. They were very accommodating and no 'heavy' sales approach. It is our new home for any jewelry going forward.

Paul was amazing and worked with me to use my grandmother's wedding ring set and other jewelry to craft my own. He was super patient and helped me create a wonderfully unique design, and though it took a little longer, it was so worth it! I cannot recommend this place more, they are environmentally conscious and caring at every step of the way. 10/10 will be returning again.

We went to Paul back when he had his shop, Paul Michael Design. My now husband and I custom designed my engagement ring using a stone from a family heirloom. He worked with us with such patience, creativity, and care. He used technology so we could see the ring as we designed it before he then 3D printed it. We felt totally confident that the final product would be perfect.

He spent so much undistracted time with us that we felt like we his only customers. We loved working with Paul so much that when it came time to get our wedding bands, we went to Paul at Diamonds by Rothschild. We had a similar experience and love the final products. Paul goes above and beyond and we cannot recommend him enough.

We had a great experience working with Paul on my engagement ring. We felt very comfortable from our first appointment and the ring came out perfect. Paul did an absolutely stunning job with my engagement ring. My fiancé and I used his late mother's diamond and had it redesigned. Paul was so patient with us and really created a one of a kind piece that I will cherish forever. He also created a stunning necklace composed of my fiancés dad's and mother's wedding bands. I am so happy with my decision to go to Rothschild for an engagement ring. I believe they are the best company in the Clark building, even in Pittsburgh. Kasey has been extremely kind and helpful during my customization process. I even brought my girlfriend to look at their loose diamonds and Kasey included us both and made us feel important. A friend referred me, I brung in a chain to get fixed, and it was actually done earlier than expected, and free of charge. They are the absolute best. Definitely switching my jeweler!
