I have had my ring for about 2 1/2 years now. I love it as much today as the day i got it in the mail. I found it on Pinterest, and immediately was in love. Raj was wonder to work with and the transaction was perfect. I even took it to my appraiser right after I received it. The appraiser came up with the exact description and appraised it $1000 more than I paid! I get compliments everywhere I go.

First I would like to say that I am located in California and I was concerned over spending several thousands of dollars for my engagement ring for my future fianc'e with a company that frankly was not local that I could actually go see face to face. In this business trust is CRITICAL! After several communications with my contact at Fascinating Diamonds I started to feel very comfortable and decided to move forward in working with them.

My project was a custom order and required that they create a Autocad drawing which I had to provide final approval for. I have since received my ring just last Wednesday November 28th 2012. I am a business owner myself and have very high expectations in everything I do but as well as everyone I do business with and am very hard to impress. I am very happy to say this company and its staff has completely in every way impressed me with every facet of working with them, from clarity of communications, to timeliness of communications, to detail of all communications, their integrity, meeting all committed deadlines.

I also had their work checked once I received the ring by a local jeweler and I received from a professional that their work was excellent and delivered to exact specifications of everything I ordered. I will say I also had 3 of the diamonds certified by GIA which I highly recommend as there are other certifications companies that can be used but not with the standards as high as theirs and would not use anyone else!

I have already reached out to Fascinating Diamonds just today to purchase a matching set of diamond earrings and look forward to working with them in the future on other purchases.
