I have a very old Victorian Era ring with seed pearls. I lost a pearl in it. Other area jewelers told me they wouldn't deal with it. But River Fine Jewelry was ready and willing! Less than a week later the ring was repaired at such a reasonable price. Returned to me shined and looking better than ever. I can't express my thanks enough and I couldn't be more pleased with the service provided. My new jeweler! I will be taking everything to them from now on.

I've been going to River Fine Jewelry for years to get watch batteries replaced--nice watches, cheap watches--it didn't matter. The customer service was always wonderful and kind. I knew someday I would buy something nice there, and today I fell in LOVE with the most GORGEOUS ring guard for my wedding solitaire. Abraham made it HIMSELF, and I've never seen one quite like it.
The baguettes and the shape fit my ring perfectly with no adjustment. I love how the diamonds echo the band on my wedding ring. This is a lovely and unique piece that I will treasure for years. On a Friday morning, I took my $5K watch for new battery. He said the battery was good but I needed a new "works", the cost STARTING at $450 from the manufacturer. He said he would call me in 2-3 hours. The next day, I went to another local jeweler who said the battery had a little corrosion under it so he replaced the battery for $11. The watch works perfectly. It is 2 weeks later and I am still waiting for the call from River Jewelry. Never again, wish I could do 0 stars.
