Outstanding service! I stopped in for the first time as my chain broke on my favorite necklace. Selma helped me right away, attaching the pendant to a new necklace I brought in, and she did it for free! She was very careful and friendly. She then showed me some of their gorgeous pieces after I described some ideas I have to match earrings to a ring.

She was patient and helpful and I never felt rushed. Everyone working there was professional and friendly with customers coming in. I could hear various conversations and it was a always supportive service, nobody was pushy or impatient. They have a large range of items with a range of prices. They also have beautiful watches and do appraisal. Everything is displayed in a way that makes it comfortable to find things and they have an online catalog that is extensive. I came in to get a bracelet repaired and they were able to do It right away! I expected to drop off and wait a week, so It was really a pleasant surprise they could fix It on the spot. Selma was really helpful and provided great customer service.

I've used this jeweler twice and was super pleased both occasions! The staff was friendly and efficient. They greet you upon entry and still practice Covid precautions, which I appreciated. They were fast and the jewelry they fixed for me is still holding up perfectly after months. Prices are very reasonable. Would definitely recommend

Had a great experience here. My fiance originally bought my engagement ring here and i couldn't be happy it's the most perfect ring I could ask for. I recently had the stone fall out due to my dogs rough housing and they got it fixed up and shined it for me very quickly. Selma was a big help : I couldn't recommend her and this store enough. Will definitely be buying our wedding rings here.

I brought in an old necklace with a diamond that was over 100 years old, passed through our family and multiple settings. I knew I wanted to turn the diamond into a new pendant necklace but I had almost no vision for it. They worked with me here with the utmost patience over a few weeks, multiple visits in store, and a few phone calls. I picked up the finished product today and I'm stunned - it's so beautiful. Wonderful customer service and wonderful craftsmanship here, I'd absolutely recommend them to anyone.

I dropped my 14 k gold signet ring into a fire and found. Took it into WF Jewelers to have polished and boy I was absolutely blown away with amazement and pleasantly pleased with their work. I will always go there for my jewelry needs. Thank you greatly!

My daughter received a watch for Christmas and needed links removed that my wife and I could not do at home. Fast service and very reasonable price for removing links and it was ready when they promised. Now the watch fits my daughter's wrist perfectly. Thank you!

Tina and Derek are outstanding professionals who go out of their way to make customers happy. They've not only purchased some of our old jewelry, but have made 2 beautiful rings for my wife Pat. Tina worked with Pat to design a custom anniversary ring. Derek brought gems for Pat to choose from. Tina made cad designs, and then had a 3D plastic ring made for final approval. Granted, it was a timely process but so worth it.

They're advice and expertise created a family keepsake. Tina and Derek are very personable and a great team. They are presently in the process of having a crystal replaced on a family watch. We wouldn't trust anyone else with our sentimental keepsakes.

Derek AND Tina are great to work with. My wife and I truly trust them with all our fine jewelry repair (Rolex, Omega, Diamond rings, etc.) and rely on them exclusively for this. We have also brought family and friends jewelry to be analyzed and repaired by them. Their staff is very friendly, the store very organized, bright, clean and conveniently located.

I purchased an engagement ring and after I chose the setting, Derrick (owner) worked with me to select a diamond in my price range. We found a diamond that looked great to me, but still had to be sent for GIA certification. A few days later, Derrick called me and said he wasn't happy with the certification quality and sold me a much better GIA stone and even helped me with cost because of the circumstances.

A diamond may look awesome to an untrained eye, but when put next to a better one, the difference is amazing. Derrick could have sold me the original and I wouldn't have thought twice. Honesty and integrity will keep me going back!

Went in to get a ring resized and they said they didnt know the material so they couldn't do it. Completely blowing me off and just didnt want to do it.

We are always pleased with our interactions with and purchases from this little store. Pricing for repairs is always reasonable. We bought new items and at least one used item from their estate jewelry collection. Never a disappointment.

Had a wonderful experience at Wake Forest Jewelers! I had visited several jewelry stores - in Raleigh and WF - but just couldn't find what I was looking for. I wanted a piece of jewelry that commemorated the birth of my baby. After walking around the store and trying on a few items, the helpful sales associate offered a custom ring option. It was perfect - I was able to select the size/shape of birthstone and ring - and I got the call it was ready in the next week!

Wonderful service and so happy with this special piece of jewelry that I will have for many years to come. This was the first purchase from Wake Forest Jewelers, but it won't be the last!

I highly recommend WF Jewelers. They are super friendly and helpful, and get repairs done quickly. I've taken many things to be repaired and resized over the last several years and they are done so well, you can't tell where the repairs were done! A+ retailer.

I needed to have the band of an old ring enlarged but was hesitant to leave the ring with just any jeweler, as I didn't want to end up as another news story about a person whose nice stone had been replaced with a lesser-quality stone by an unscrupulous jeweler. When I dropped the ring off for resizing, Tina was very understanding of my concern and spent a long time searching for an identifying mark in the stone so that I would be able to clearly identify it as mine after resizing.

The ring was ready for pick up well within the promised time, and I am very pleased to say that the ring has my original stone! Everyone at the store was very pleasant and easy to deal with, and they seemed to understand my hesitancy. I will take my ring back again without concern when it is time for a yearly cleaning. (They also have beautiful pieces in their inventory, and I look forward to returning to do some shopping!)
