Took some precious metals into this shop to sell. They guy running the shop told me they were fake. Which was 100 percent false. Took back to original place I purchased the item the Took the bar cut it in half in tested it. 100 percent real. So your machine is out of sync or you just playing games! Ain't gotta waste peoples time or lie to them. Honesty goes a long way!

Do not trust this place First visit proved everything! Just go to Texas precious metals shiner tx. After I went in verified it was real. Sent to JM bullion 100 percent approved. So you really might need to check you machine cause it's reading false readings. Just a FYI. So you don't accidentally tell someone the real gold is fake.

Don is a great guy made it right when he didnt have the stock I needed. Also did not charge me for credit card fee as it was my first time buying from him.

Don't be fooled by this place I bought a coin from one location and went back some time later to the other location and Don tried to tell me it was counterfeit and wanted to buy it cheap until I showed him I bought it from his location then his tone changed completely and I have video proof of the entire encounter and will be going to the BBB

Don really knows his stuff. Slightly higher than some of the "high volume" online precious metals dealers; however, the in person experience is the way to go. No shipping delays or shipping fees. and when you pick your metals up in person there is no worries about delivery issues or lost shipments. Great experience! Very personable. I will be going back!

I've been here a few times over the past ten to fifteen years and have always left feeling I make a good buy or sell. The employees I've dealt with have seemed very friendly and knowledgeable. They have even explained exactly how they arrive at their prices when I have asked. I definitely plan to use them for all my gold/silver/diamond exchanges.

Took in jewelry to sell; however, I did not care for the service. Every question I asked was ignored by both the male and female that were assisting me. I understand that jewelers all have their secrets, but they could at least have given me a verbal response to my questions. I felt that it was disrespectful to me; a customer to their business, of which they were ultimately profiting from the silver and gold I was trying to sell. They need better customer service and communication skills.
