I went to Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry because my wife's wedding ring was broken. I was helped by Lexi & Montana, who were both very knowledgeable and helpful. I was extremely impressed with the communication and attention to detail during the process. As someone who doesn't know much about jewelry, their ability to explain the problem with the ring in layman's terms gave me a lot of confidence in their ability to fix the ring correctly. When I got the ring back, it looked brand new! I would highly recommend Mariloff to anyone looking for a trusted jeweler.

I would wholeheartedly recommend anyone shopping for an engagement ring to go to Mariloff for the best of both worlds: an unmatched level of service that's better than retailers or even other family shops AND wholesale pricing that rivals (and in my case, beat) the online places which don't have as high costs from physical locations (think your James Allen, Blue Nile, Brilliant Earth).

I initially looked into those 3 online sites and Rare Carat but didn't like not knowing what I was really dealing with, not having someone to talk and consult with, and for Rare Carat, the long shipping times from China and uncertainty about the quality of the brands on there. But, I also didn't like the local stores and retailers that I checked out because of the huge markups on pricing.

I heard about Mariloff through a workplace connection and from then on worked with Rachael to find an engagement ring for my fiancee. She was SO kind, helpful, and patient in finding the right diamond and setting according to all of my requests and specifications. She took videos to show what the different diamonds looked like and how they looked on a variety of settings to make sure I knew what I was considering, rather than just looking at digital renders on a faceless website. Rafi, the CEO, was also great to work with and provided some additional information that helped me select the right diamond.

In the end, I was able to get a ring that my fiancee is incredibly thrilled with - at a great price to boot. I enjoyed the experience with Mariloff so much that I am planning to work with them to get our wedding bands as well! So glad that I was able to find them and would absolutely suggest that anyone consider coming here rather than any of those other places I mentioned in my review!

As long as there is a Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry store in the world I will not go anywhere else for jewelry. I have had a custom toe ring, necklace, and ring made and I can't begin to describe the exquisite quality of the items. I came in with pictures and ideas and they captured exactly what I was dreaming of and made it perfectly for me. I could not be more impressed.

I have since then also bought bracelets from the showroom which has a wide variety of incredible options. The team there makes me feel like family. Lexi is my saleswoman, and she is down-to-earth, authentic, and has a great sense of humor. She made me feel instantly comfortable and like no request was too difficult, too small or too sentimental (I had them re-size my Grandmother's engagement ring and used a few heirloom pieces to create numerous pieces).

She also never makes you feel pressured on any level. And lastly, the owner Rafi is a kind, warm gentleman. He is an expert on every aspect of jewelry and always comes out to greet me and give me the royal treatment. Every visit to Mariloff makes my day and leaves me impressed and feeling honored.

I bought an engagement ring from Mariloff for my now fiance (aye lets go) and I could not have been more pleased with the whole experience! Rachael was extremely helpful and took all the pressure off of me to choose the right ring and she was with us every step of the way! Also with it being a family owned business it made it more personal and they were very helpful and flexible with lots of things. Listen, I'm the first to admit I don't know anything about jewelry. I needed a ring sized/ evaluated and found Mariloff online. Great reviews and close to my office? Done. Had a second great experience with this company. I bought my wife's engagement ring from them years ago and then went back this Christmas. I called on Christmas week but the earrings I wanted were not in their store. John was able to work some magic to get the earrings delivered before Christmas day. Yes, diamonds are a joy to observe and try on and purchase at this quality jeweler in Addison. We have been loyal customers from their days at the World Trade building location. Quality, fair prices, excellent customer service too. My wedding ring has been repaired with stone replacements can due to my being hard on rings, new items purchased, plus complimentary polishing and cleaning anytime. ps.ask for a cocktail while shopping, it makes all the sparkles even sparklier!

Our sales associate (Rachel) took care of us and the whole repair process. When we went by to drop the bands off she already had the repair paper work filled out and all we had to do was drop the bands off with her. The repairs only took a couple of days and the repair work is flawless. Mariloff Diamonds & Fine Jewelry is the best store to buy jewelry especially wedding rings. They have a huge selection. Mariloff has designs you won't see anywhere else. My fiancee' and I went to many other stores and found my wedding ring at Mariloff. It is a beautiful, unique design. I love it! The diamonds dazzle in the light with amazing clarity. Customer service is superb. I am very happy I shopped at Mariloff and highly recommend them.

We had a really great experience at Mariloff today! Their showroom was huge and they had a tremendous amount of variety which I was really impressed with. I thought that I wanted either an ornate band or a halo and our sales person was patient and showed us quite a few rings that fit the bill. I ended up a unique, gorgeous three stone ring (that was nothing like what I thought I wanted!) and it's stunning and I'm thrilled!

The owner came over to say hello and thank us as we were leaving which was a nice touch and appreciated. I shop for team gifts often so I'm sure I'll be back at Mariloff soon!

First of let me say, that the customer service is impeccable. We walked in and we were greeted by a lovely lady [I can't recall her name] - in any case, she worked with us and even came down on the price as much as she could. We were looking for a ring for my fiancee. It was the first place, we had gone to look and we are firm believers of doing research and going to at least 3 places. We unfortunately did not make a purchase, but had we not found what we were looking for elsewhere - we would have gone here.

Compared to other places we looked, the staff here are just more informative and really seem invested in each person they work with. Their diamonds are pristine and the free cleanings are always so nice. If I could give them 6 stars, I would.

Although I was not the one who worked directly with Mariloff, I do have to say that my ring is STUNNING! My fiance worked with Mark, who he said was professional and a joy to work with. My fiance created a custom setting based on a Pinterest photo that I liked and used my grandmother's diamond as the center stone - it's just perfect. Also, came in to get my ring sized down today.

I was told it would take about 4 hrs, so I was going to wait it out (I live about an hour away and didn't want to drive back). The jeweler finished in just over an hour so that I wouldn't have to wait! Very impressed and much appreciated.

My Fiancee and I went to Mariloff because of a recommendation given to me by my future Father in-law. He went there to purchase the engagement ring he would give to his wife over 20 years ago. We were there to purchase our wedding bands. We were assisted by Jim Martin who was not only professional, but extremely friendly when helping us. He knew exactly what to show us when we gave him an idea of what we were looking for.

My Fiancee's engagement ring belonged to my Grandmother and it is over 60 years old. While looking at wedding bands Jim noticed a crack/dis-figuration on the bottom portion of the band of the engagement ring. He told us that he could get that fixed while they ordered/sized our wedding bands. Obviously we were reluctant to give up the ring at first due to its age but we felt that we could trust Jim so we went ahead and had it fixed.

Within the next week both our wedding bands, and the engagement ring were completed to perfect specifications. The engagement ring looks absolutely incredible. At this point you could not even tell it is 60 years old. On top of that they appraised all 3 rings. All of this was one within a week and under our budget as well. You will not go wrong with Mariloff and I highly recommend there fantastic service to anyone.

There are few outlets out there that can replicate the outstanding customer service standards Mariloff provides its customers. It will be hard to shop elsewhere when I need a piece of fine jewelry in the future. I have worked with Jim on and off over the last 6 months on a custom engagement ring, and now wedding band. Buying fine jewelry is a very daunting thing. There are so many options of jewelers to choose from and it always feels like you are working on shifting sand when looking at prices, service, etc. Most times in the past I have walked away questioning if I was given the best value. Mark Thompson @Mariloff has been by far the most enjoyable diamond consultant and advisor I have ever worked with. Everytime I have been to visit Mark and Mariloff, I have walked out feeling good about my decisions and feel that Mark and Mariloff treat me like part of the family that will benefit all of us for years to come.

I wanted to work with Mariloff on my wife's engagement ring. I spent two months speaking to Mark, who is a lovely chap by the way if only a little inappropriate about Judaism. I went with several photographs of elements we wanted to use and he came back with catalogue images that were nothing alike. I asked for rough prices on ideas several times, to be told that his GM was in Israel and was the only one that could give an estimate, not even a binding quote.

Long story short, I went there around a dozen times in person and was willing to hand over five-figures on a ring. They seem to prefer mass-producing for stores, so I went to Olschwanger Designs and had a ring made promptly.

My wife and I went in and met with Mark Thompson. We changed the setting that my wife's diamond is set in for a new look. Mark was very helpful and we really enjoyed our experience there. If you are in the market for jewelry you should go talk to Mark. He can help you out.

I've been to both locations in Frisco and at the world trade center in Dallas. Both locations offer wholesale pricing so it's good to know that when you are shopping around for the best deals, they will take 50% off the sticker price on all jewerly. I've shopped around and I can't imagine why anyone would pay full retail after discovering Mariloff Diamonds. Definitely one of my "best kept secrets" for every occasion, call Jim or Rafi at Mariloff Dallas and they will hook you up!
