Birkat Elyon Cubic Zirconia Jewelry

I wish I could rate them. Have called 4 times and emailed 3 times. Three weeks have passed. No one replies or answers so I can't imagine ordering anythjng with this absence of customer service. Disappointing.

Ordered my earrings Friday. Received an email on Monday and received the earrings on Wednesday. The earrings look very good. Difficult to differentiate them from my real diamond studs. I cannot speak to how they wear over time but at first glance, they are terrific.

I ordered a bracelet but I unfortunately I had to return it. I emailed Rebecca and she wrote me back providing the address on where to return it. That was on August 30th. I then FedEx'ed it back to her and it was delivered and signed for on 9/9. I have called and emailed several times since then to confirm the return and my refund with absolutely no response and it is now 9/20.

This is ridiculous and needs to be handled. This is a lot of money that is not being returned. I need this situation rectified before I have to proceed with alternative means to obtain my money.

I gave them $600 a month ago and I have not received anything. I have sent a number of emails and called multiple times. They answered once and told me it would be mailed out that week. It was not mailed out. Other people have had good experience but I've read all the reviews and it looks like if you are ordering a ring, you're going to have difficulties.

I previously posted a negative review and I received an explanation for the delay on my order. So I wanted to change my review to 4 stars. I didn't give it the full five stars because it was very hard to get a hold of someone to figure out what was going on. I do appreciate them getting in contact with me and making sure I will have my order in time for my wedding.

Had a bit of trouble getting them on the phone for an update but got a call back and everything was delivered as promised. Excellent quality and delivered as requested. Would buy from them agai

I ordered a ring the 17th of February I have sent emails and left voicemails with no response. I'm highly worried with no update on the progress of my package and no answer. Really thinking about pulling the plug and cancelling this order

I am a bit concerned. I ordered a ring last night and realized right away that it was an incorrect ring/size. I tried to call, no response back. I have written emails through their website. I have sent message through paypal. Does anyone know how to get ahold of them After my numerous attempts, they did finally email me last night and they cancelled my order. I will change the rating when I actually get my refund.

The website is beautiful and I am ready to purchase. I called and left five messages for Rebecca in Customer Service but have had no response. How else do I get my questions answered? The reviews above make me really concerned so I called back and left yet another message asking for a consultation in person in their NYC showroom. Again no response. Why should it be so hard to give them my business? How else can I get in touch with them?

Don't bother. Nothing to see here. I purchased a pear cut custom yellow gold (no returns) and I'm sooo sorry. 7 to 10 days for custom orders but it took a month. They are not available on weekends and disappear in the afternoon. Apparently there is only one person "Rebecca" answering the phone. Once I did get the ring and opened the box I was dumbfounded and underwhelmed.

It totally looks like glass in a lackluster gold. I have real diamonds and multiple cubic zirconia rings and comparing side by side I want to cry. I have placed my ring at the bottom of my jewelry case only to come out for costume parties. I'm too embarrassed to where with any confidence. Oh, and the ring was dirty when I received it and almost impossible to clean since everything gets trapped in the poor design of the setting.

I honestly tried to work with them but their disposition suddenly changed. It was clearly "my fault". The reason they are online only is because their product does not hold up to in person inspection. Do not fall for the glossy webpage like I did.

Communication is HORRIBLE!.my PayPal payment was processed immediately by the company (2 weeks ago), but I have received no communication from them regarding status, tracking numbers, or shipping information, despite emailing them and leaving a message on their answering machine. I will update if any of their reps communicates with me, but my impression at this point is to void ordering from them!

I have left several emails over the past year regarding a pair of earrings I had interest in buying. I never heard back. I would completely buy them if I could get my question answered.

This company never answers their phone! The mysterious "Rebecca" is always unavailable. No return calls, no update on an order placed over a week ago. BIG "2 DAY SHIPPING" at the top of their page. They didn't have a problem taking $800 yet I can't even get a return phone call. Cancelling our order! I wish I had read the reviews first!

Stay away from this store. I ordered a ring, email them DAYS before it was shipped for an exchange, no response. Tried calling multiple times, no response. Order was shipped, arrived and I'm not happy with it, still no response whatsoever from Rebecca. I'm going to return the ring and will dispute the charge of $25 restocking fee as I told them I wanted to exchange days before it was shipped.

My husband and I have tried to call Birkat Elyon and have left several messages with zero response. We were prepared to buy a ring around $900.00 and simply wanted to speak with someone before purchasing. I have a good feeling this company is a fraud and will take your money and even perhaps ship you something but again I don't think it will be a safe purchase. Plan to report them to the better business bureau for further investigation. BEWARE!

Ordered a sample ring to accent a ring that I had. I didn't like how it looked with my ring so I sent back fed express. It was received by Rebecca. She sent me an email about ordering the actual ring. I told her that it did not look good with my ring and I wanted a refund. She had told me before ordering that I could order a stock sample and return it if it didn't work for a full refund less $20.

I have contacted her via email and phone and left many messages. Still have not received my refund. I have filed a complaint with Pay Pal and am waiting for a response. All I want is a response from someone there and a refund as promised. I have the emails to prove everything. This should not be happening.

Please cancel order number 000012843 immediately. You charged my credit card a month ago and have never sent the promised tracking email. I have no product and you have failed to respond that my emails and phone calls. I am contacting my CC company to protest the charge. If I could give zero stars, I would. Disgusting company.

I'm surprised to hear the somewhat negative reviews of this company. I have been a customer for years and have had a great experience everytime with them. My communication has all been via phone and I always get an answer. The last associate I spoke with was very helpful with providing information on sending jewelry to them for cleaning's, repairs, etc.

My original purchase was a ring 4 years ago. I purchased the ring over the phone with another representative and she was extremely helpful by going into detail on the specific cut and dimensions and shipping times. The quality of the jewelry is outstanding! The ring I purchased 4 years ago hasn't lost an ounce of sparkle and I haven't had to make any repairs. I would highly recommend Birkat Elyon for an amazing piece of jewelry.

Ok, so after a few phone calls, emails, and facebook messages I finally did get in touch with customer service. my husband didn't see the small print saying that it takes 7-10 days to process order. Since he paid for overnight shipping he assumed we would receive the ring right away. he went for one of the more costly rings so he was nervous when 4 days went by and no ring. However, we did receive a call back and they did ship the ring out right away and I must we are very happy with it.

WOW FACTOR! I bought a huge engagement ring from them back in July and they even shipped to me faster than expected. Everyone who sees this ring is automatically jealous and I didn't have to spend thousands. She loves it, the quality is superb and the compliments just keep rolling in.

I have a ring purchased from your company. The center stone is cloudy. I've spoke with Rebecca at your company. She said it probably needs to be cleaned. I have cleaned it religiously in accordance with your websites recommendations. I took it to a jeweler to look at it. They said the clouding is inside the stone, which I suspected from the beginning.

I have tried to call multiple times, leaving messages with no call back. I have also sent multiple emails with no response. I would like this situation rectified and my ring made right.

DO NOT order from these guys online. Fiancee and I picked out a purchased a ring and ordered online. Our credit card was charged immediately, but when we emailed a few days later to track the status of our order we got no response. A subsequent follow-up email went unanswered as well. Tried calling thrice (left two voicemails for the mysterious Rebecca) and heard nothing. Sent an email to cancel our order and quickly received a response which implied that our difficulty in contacting the company was on our end.

Really didn't appreciate spending so much money on something then being completely ignored. Canceled the order and will find something else in person. Not cool, Birkat Elyon. Not cool.

My husband found the Birkyat Elyon web site and we both found a ring we liked for $535. I had a question before ordering and sent an EM and left a voice mail message with "Rebecca." Nothing. No response. It shouldn't be this hard to spend this kind of money. Then, I checked Yelp and am very concerned. My husband says "Time to move on." I'm still waiting for a return call.

Once I wrote this review I got a response. The product is supposed to ship out tomorrow. I will update once I receive the product. I ordered earrings and have never heard back from them. I've called and left voicemails (since nobody ever answers). I've sent several emails. I've sent a message through yelp and nothing! I will be calling my bank to have he charges contested tomorrow morning.

The money left my account the day I placed the order and that's the only sign I've ever even dealt with them. So disappointed. Is this company is NOT a fraudulent one then they are dropping the ball with customer service. When you spend this much money you expect someone to respond to issues, not to be ignored.

Where do I start. I purchased a wedding & engagement set from Bikat Elyon just last month of December 2016. The customer service I received from Ms. Rebecca was outstanding, and she is an excellent communicator. even during her most busiest time of year (Christmas). She even pushed herself to go above and beyond to expedite my fiancee's wedding ring set, so I could ask my woman for her hand in marriage on December 25th, 2016 Christmas night.

The rings are simply BEAUTIFUL and STUNNING, and came in a beautiful royal-blue box. My fiancee cried tears of joy when I asked her to marry me. and she said YES! We went to their 'store' on 410 Park Avenue Suite 1530 and the receptionist on the 15th Floor rolled her eyes and said she has called them numerous times to ask that they not list the address as an actual retail store. The receptionist said they 'rent' office space only to be able to say they are on Park Avenue and only came in once in awhile.

Their actual retail store is on Long Island. We came all the way to Park Avenue from Manhattan for this. Not only did we waste cab fee and our time but it left us with the impression that this place is a scam. Will not be purchasing anything from there. Be leery!

Birkat Elyon have Amazing designer inspired rings for AMAZING prices! All these negative reviews in my opinion are ridiculous and some people giving negative reviews before even receiving there orders. The reality is No one could or would ever be able to tell the difference that my ring is CZ and many jewelers unless they ran it through a machine that detects if it's a real diamond or not well. they could't tell what so ever and said how beautiful my ring was. I'm Completely satisfied!

It has a suggested retail price of $1000 for similar pendant on the internet at some other web sites. Birkat Elyon's Price: is $430 for a very pretty necklace. It is very cool and beautiful pendant which my wife loves to wear. She loves me more now!
