Services
Since 1988 our focus at Sam's Fine Jewelry has been our customers. When Sam started the business he had a very simple plan, "Take care of our customers' wants, needs and desires." All these years later we still take Sam's words to heart, and put his plan into practice every day. Music Friday: Bonnie Raitt Sings, 'Blame It on Stars Strung Like Jewels From Here to Mars'. My experience with Sam's fine jewelry was amazing. From the first visit to actually picking up the ring they were always very helpful and polite.
Buying a diamond is a very personal experience. Diamonds can be bought to signify love, significant accomplishments, milestones in your life or that of a gift's recipient. Unlike when you buy clothing, electronics, or cars, the features of a diamond may not seem quite so obvious to you. We would like to change that.
Exquisitely crafted of 14kt white gold and diamonds, each piece represents the designer's vision of romance and elegance. Radiance is a trendsetting collection of bridal and fashion jewelry that offers the big diamond look without the big diamond. An exquisite collection of 18kt gold and sterling silver jewelry accented with genuine stones, combining modern elegance with Old World. Setting standards for almost 50 years, Benchmark focuses on both quality craftsmanship and precision in every ring they make.

Love this place. The selection is HUGE. They re-did my wedding ring with new bands and replaced a cracked stone, plus I got a 20yr anniversary ring for my right hand and I was able to choose my center stone. The ring was custom made to fit the center stone and afterwards it appraised for thousands more than what I paid. Years later they continue to inspect and polish every six months and I've had zero issues, even when I hit my wedding ring and knocked a stone lose, they took care of it with a smile. When they said service for lifetime, they meant it. I highly recommend them.

My husband and I are coming up on our 15 year anniversary and my husband decided to surprise me with a new diamond ring. So he took me to Sam's Fine Jewelry. After looking at so many different settings, Sam helped us find the perfect one. After a few weeks of purchasing the ring and Sam finding the right diamond, it was ready. And it is stunning! Thank you, Sam, it is perfect!

I went to Sam's because they are highly rated on google. I needed to replace the battery in my watch and the gentleman that helped me was done in 2 minutes and set it to the right time and date. It was very reasonable cost and quick service. I am very satisfied and would come back for any jewelry repair!

I am an amateur jeweler. I wanted to propose, but didn't trust myself with making the ring. I looked up styles I wanted online, and decided on a tension setting. I didn't know my fiance's rig size though, so I wondered about resizing. I visited all the big retailers. They wanted $5k or more for a simple sapphire ring, or they had no idea what a tension setting was.
I spoke to Sam directly about a tension setting. Not only did he immediately know what I was talking about, but he told me that resizing was impossible for tension rings, which I had suspected from the jump. Long story short, Sam gave me a beautiful ring and stone for a reasonable price. I recommend them if you want someone that will be straight with you.

We have purchased jewelry here for years and they have always been great. This go around I needed to have two pieces fixed: a ring I have had for 21 years and my grandmother's ring (unsure how old but it was an anniversary gift from long ago). They treated my pieces with great care and kept me informed as they searched for the perfect stone to replace one that had been chipped in my grandmother's ring. Both pieces look Amazing! I'm so Happy! This will always be my first stop for a jewelry purchase and repairs. Thanks Sam & Lauren!

I had many pieces of jewelry that needed to be repaired, resized or refashioned. He does top quality work. All of my pieces look brand new, I'm thrilled with the results. That trip was also an opportunity for me to let my soon-to-be 16 year old granddaughter choose a piece for herself. We made a fun day out of that experience. I had an old, small pearl pendant with a couple of tiny diamond chips that she chose to use the pearl only for Sam to make a pinkie ring.
He apologized that he wouldn't be able to have it ready before her birthday celebration, nine days out. She was happy to wait, but I was disappointed. He delivered! What a wonderful surprise for me. I can't wait to present it to her at her special celebration; she will be surprised and delighted! Thank you, Sam, for helping me hold on to many wonderful memories by performing your magic on the treasures I've received over 50 years and helping me provide new memories to some very special girls in my life.

Let's start with the positives. The store is nice. There is lots of parking and the service I received was prompt. I had my wedding rings rhodium plated and it took only two days to complete. I had expected it to take longer. The end result is good. I am satisfied with how the rings turned out. Now the negatives- it really comes down to customer service.
From the moment I stepped through the door, I was uncomfortable. The lady working there had on only a face shield. In a pandemic, those are worthless. Every customer had on a mask but she did not. She never greeted me, never told me her name, never asked me my name, nothing. She had me follow her around the store to get help which was weird. It was very different from my experiences with other fine jewelers.
It had been over a year since I had my jewelry checked and I knew it was long overdue to be cleaned, but I was uncomfortable leaving my rings there. I selected Sam's because it's in the preferred jewelry network and there are very few of these in the DFW area. I assumed I would be well taken care of, but the lady working there couldn't even be bothered to look up my preferred number.
She had me call my jeweler in my home town for that. She seemed very lazy and unwilling to put forth any effort. When I was in the shop, there were other customers but they were working with a different employee so it wasn't as if she was overtaxed. My husband picked up the rings for me and she didn't even check his drivers' license.
She just gave him the rings. He was not with me when I dropped the rings off so I was surprised she didn't at least check his ID. Again, she didn't have a mask on, only a ridiculous face shield. He said he was the only customer in the shop when he picked them up so it's not like they were busy. He, too, felt uncomfortable in the shop and didn't even want to browse.
I also have a comment regarding the chat/texting option. Prior to driving to the store, I inquired if they had a specific screw-on earring back because I lost it to my diamond earrings and needed a replacement. I live 30 minutes from Sam's and didn't want to go there if they couldn't help with this. I took a photo and they said they indeed had them.
When I arrived, the lady at the store said they were out. I told her about the chat with the store an hour earlier and only then she was able to find what I needed. I wouldn't trust the chat/texting service. Try to call them instead. Overall, I won't return to Sam's. I need to go to a place that frankly, gives a damn about me. It was evident that the customer is not their first priority.
I was disappointed in their low caliber of service. Buying and maintaining jewelry should be a comfortable experience where you feel as if you are in the best hands. You won't get that at Sam's unfortunately.

I can't rave enough about the impeccable service we have recieved the multiple times we have been in and made purchases here. Seema is an absolute delight to work with and has an infectious smile that is sure to leave you in a great mood. All that aside, the bling they carry in house is pretty amazing too...

Y’all, I have to give props to Sam’s Fine Jewelry in Firewheel Mall. Even through my husband didn’t buy my wedding set from here they have treated me and my wedding band set with the most amazing customer service. They have never charged me for a cleaning (5 cleaning to date), they replaced one of my small diamonds the fell out for free, they added rose gold to my prongs for next to nothing and when my grand baby smushed my hand and ring in the dishwasher they didn’t charge me a dime to resent it! They are not pushy sales people, very down to earth and they have an amazingly broad selection of jewelry to choose from.

Saving the day for us! I purchased a Citizen dive watch for my husband at Kohl's because it was the specific one he wanted. Of course it was too big and needed links taken out. The lady at Kohl's assured me she knew how to do it, 45 minutes later and a broken band, I demanded a new watch, which I was given and we drove right over to Sam's. 3 minutes later, and for a small charge, the band was the right size and not damaged. My next watch purchase for my husband will be from your store. Much thanks!

This jewelry shop is hands down the best. Sam and Seema are always super nice and very knowledgeable about everything that has to do with diamonds. I have been shopping here for over 10 years and always get treated like family. It doesn't matter if you are buying or just browsing you will always get the same treatment. I have been recommending this establishment to all my friend and family , and they always thank me later.

If anyone is looking to get jewelry repaired or to make a jewelry purchase, I highly recommend this place. Took my wedding ring to them in a state of disrepair, according to the jewelry store my husband bought it from back in 2004. Sam’s has a very knowledgeable jeweler on site, who gave me faith it could be restored. I got it back today and they made it even better than my original ring! They treated me like a human and they were so nice. I’m all for local businesses and wanted to endorse them. I’ll definitely go back for any jewelry purchases!

I brought in a 100-yr old, platinum, engagement ring, which needed repair on the band. They were able to assess and provide a quote for the repair on the spot, which was much less than I was expecting. They observed wear on the prongs that held the main diamond in place, and recommended fixing those as well. We were a little hesitant to move forward with fixing the unstable prongs, because the original design is extremely intricate.
We did not want to risk losing the vintage character, but the professional at Sam's assured us that they would pay close attention to detail of the original design. With that said, we went for it. I picked up the ring after about a little more than a week, and it is flawless! The crack on the band was seamlessly repaired, without the slightest sign that it was ever broken.
And the prongs.the ones we were so worried about.are flawless! They brought a 100-yr old ring back to life, without losing its character! Highly recommended and we will definitely be back.

Sam's Fine Jewelry in Garland is absolutely the most horrible experience I've ever had - do not go here for any jewelry needs, please! Let me tell you our story :) Diamonds are the hardest substance on earth, right? Diamonds shouldn't crack, right? Spending a crap ton of money on a large diamond and giving loyalty to an establishment should ensure that it is a good quality diamond and that you can trust them, right? WRONG. Sadly, but truly wrong.
My diamond has now cracked TWICE and my setting is completely RUINED by the amount of adjustments having to be done to it! We advised them the first time the jeweler set the diamond that it seemed to be incorrectly set. In a situation where you do not have a halo setting, you should set a pear diamond in a v prong setting to secure and protect the diamond. NOPE, it was a simple 5 prong. 3 months later, I looked at my diamond and found a very long crack along the top rounded right side UNDER one of the prongs.
They said they would find me a comparable diamond and get my setting back to me to make the situation right. Instead, they re-cut the diamond smaller so I lost points and value. THEN got the setting back from the jeweler with a crooked setting. The rep sent the ring back for adjustment and they let me know one of my setting diamonds was lose so they replaced it.
And by replace it, I mean, with a smaller, less quality diamond (mine were originally "brilliant" rating per Jared's) that is still dark. They didn't get me a new center stone either and insisted that I get insurance on it and that they would pay for the first year. THEY DIDN'T respond for weeks so we insured it on our own. Later to find that where the stone sat, the jeweler made the ring weak and cracked my setting.
Over the last week or so, I noticed my center smaller cut diamond loose in it's setting so we took it to a few other jewelers to find that the diamond is CRACKED AGAIN under the prong and no one will accept this diamond as a trade in as it is not a "quality diamond". My heart is completely broken and so is the bank account after this experience.
The worst part is that the sentimental value that this ring represents cannot be replaced. It's such a disappointment that my good hearted fiance TRUSTED this establishment and they disregarded his loyalty to them. So again, if you ever need recommendations on jewelers, please ask me and note that I will never recommend them to anyone not just because they are crappy but because I actually care about honestly and integrity which are two things this establishment DOESN'T represent. Please feel free to SHARE THIS POST and let me know if you have any questions!

They're the best around to help with all my jewelry needs. The girls and Sam are always extremely helpful in assisting me in finding what I'm looking for. Seema is a world of knowledge when it comes to custom designing. When I can't quite find what I'm looking for in the store, they help me bring my vision to life. I love the fact that I can get all my jewelry need taken care of in one place, from simple repairs to finding pieces that can one day be passed down to my kids. Great customer service, wonderful selections, they treat you like family, you just can't go wrong with Sam's Fine Jewelry.

We can't express in words how truly awesome this store is. We have been purchasing jewelry and watches from Sam and Seema for nearly 10 years. They treat you like family and never disappoint. We just recently drove all the way from Austin, Texas to have my anniversary ring repaired. When Sam found out that we only drove in to drop off the ring, he went above and beyond to have it fixed the next day. (We dropped it off around 7 pm.) I had spotted a ring that I liked when dropping my ring off, but I wasn't sure if we should buy it.
When we went to pick up my repaired ring, I found out that apparently my husband talked to Seema about it. Seema had it set aside and I got a lovely surprise. Needless to say, this will most likely be our jeweler for the long haul!

Sam's in Firewheel Town Center is more than just another Jewelry store. They are family. I can't say enough about the customer service. Sam and Seema are just amazing. I almost feel like family whenever I go in there. Whatever you are looking for, they have and in all price ranges. So if you are looking to add a little "Bling" to your life, go visit Sam and his awesome staff~~!

Absolutely love Sam's. Have been doing business with him almost since the beginning. Great prices and if he does not have exactly what you want, tell him what you want and he make it. He is always willing to go the extra mile to get you exactly what you want. His staff is always friendly and helpful and they remember you. I will always be a customer of Sam's Fine Jewelry.

Customer service is SO fake. They all pretend to be friendly when they just want your money. Also, they do not know anything about jewelry because they are hired for their looks. They hire really pretty girls who are not even jewelers. And to have your jewelry repaired they have to send it off to a jeweler. So there is no contact with the person who is actually fixing your object. Also, it took 9 days to finish my necklace and cost twice as much as Ace Jewelry.
I highly recommend NOT using Sam's Fine Jewelery and instead using Ace Jewelry, where you will meet the actual jeweler, it's half as much, there is genuine customer service, and they fix it in half the time.
