Amazing customer service! I lost my diamond out of my wedding ring and the store I purchased it from went out of business a few years back. I called to inquire about how the insurance worked and got a phone call from the Owner, who was more than happy to help. Very friendly, quick and so far outstanding. I have purchased jewelry from another chain retailer and their customer service has been awful. Kings has been great to work with! These are the people who you feel good supporting their business!

We placed our beautiful ring on layby in December, got it out last Saturday prior to Sunday wedding. Devon and staff treated us very well. They were professional and welcoming.10/10 for service and the ring is beautiful! We will be buying our jewellery from him always. Thank you for treating us well.
