Can't say enough how satisfied I am with my new Tissot PRX Powermatic 80. I was able to pick up this impressive, well crafted Swiss automatic timepiece for a decent price. My Tissot is perfect for everyday wear, at 40mm, a slim case height of 11mm, a raised scratch resistant sapphire crystal and even 100m of water resistance! Its stainless steel finish is clean, classy and durable.

The watch also features a convenient 2 button butterfly clasp. Aside from the attractive intergraded bracelet, this watch's best feature is the transparent case back, showcasing the Powermatic 80 (ETA CO7.111) movement with an 80h power reserve! A respectable timepiece, I had to have it because it makes a subtle yet tasteful statement. The store itself has an impressive collection of jewelry and timepieces.

I mostly appreciate the patience the staff had with me, as I tend to ask many questions before buying. There was no pressure and they allowed me to try on any piece I wanted. Even better, I found that their knowledge of horology is quite extensive. So much that I'd love to stop by again for an educational chat lol. Again, my new Tissot PRX is a hidden gem and I will take great care of it. Thanks!

The salespeople at this business weren't wearing masks when I came into the store today. Initially I assumed that they must be vaccinated. Then it occurred to me that their masklessness could be an indicator of recklessness, so I asked. One salesperson admitted that no, he was taking his chances. And taking ours. Is there a diamond ring at Vinhas for which you would be willing to risk contracting an infection that could dramatically lower your quality of life for weeks or months? Jewelry is expensive enough as it is.

I want to thank you Victor for taking care of a problem I had with my Tag. He went above and behind to make sure I was totally satisfied with the repairs. Vinhas Jewelers gave me an excellent customer service and I would be happy to refer this Jeweler to my family and friends.

Worst customer service you could ask for when looking for jewelers. They ignored me for most of the time I was there, and when they finally came to help, they tried to rush me out. I was only looking for something nice and affordable to my budget for my wife and just seemed like I wasn't worth their time. I ended up going to Joias de Portugal and they were awesome. Ask for Carla or Nadia, they'll do their very best to help you, of that you can be sure!

For some reason I can not post a picture. I inherited a gold cross from my dad when he passed away. Wearing it I was afraid that I could lose it. And it is very special to me. I asked Victor Vinhas if he could make me a copy in December. I picked it up today. I could not be happier! Thank you to all at Vinhas!

One of The Best Jewelry in The World, got The Tag Heuer i have been look for a year

I've been shopping at Vinhas Jewelers for over 10 years. I've bought many watches and referred friends and family to Helena for years. They are professional, friendly, offer great customer service, and the watch selection is incredible. I highly recommend!

Bought a wedding ring for my wife years ago and was convinced to pay the premium for an EGL certified diamond. Was told that I'd be able to get full credit whenever I decided to upgrade. Went back a few months ago and was told that the EGL certificate is no longer good and the shady owner gave me a crazy low number for my trade-in. I simply can't recommend Vinhas. Go to a reputable jeweler, not these guys.

Been a customer of Vinhas Jewelers since the 1980's, great prices, great customer service and they go beyond the big name jewelers in loyalty. I would highly recommend you go to Vinhas before anyone else and you will not be disappointed.

If there was 0 star that's what they would be getting. Not clear on policies now out $200. Looks like I should have read other reviews because this is a recurring theme. Definitely don't recommend shopping here.

I came here to purchase a Portuguese gold necklace and cross for my godson and found the customer service to be excellent, everyone was very friendly and helpful. I did find that the prices were slightly higher than competing jewelry stores in Newark, but the owner was willing to match the price which I really appreciated! The selection in this store is incredible, they have everything you're looking for!

I will definitely continue to shop around when looking for a specific piece of jewelry, but I'm pretty confident the owner of this establishment will do what it takes to finalize the sale and that alone makes me happy.

They have an awesome selection of luxury brand watches such as MontBlanc, Tag Heuer, Oris, and Longinese, AND have all the latest high-end fashion watches and jewelry brands! Today 12-21-15 at 11 am I call the store at 87 Ferry st, Newark I ask them if they had Alex & Ani silver Bracelet with the NJ logo OHHH YES WE DO HAVE IT.I told the lady on the phone I'll be there at 3 pm when I am on break from work, I get there I ask one of the girls about bracelet Ohhh so sorry we don't have it, what a waste of time after battling traffic NO PARKING anywhere I had to DBL park, she just did that for me to come down to see if I buy something else.

Very Wrong of you LADY, u lost a big sale I wanted to buy also a TISSOT watch. So unprofessional of Vinhas Jewlers to treat and lie to customers if u have it you say yes otherwise say no. You don't play games we have busy lives, responsibilities. SHAME ON YOU

I rarely leave reviews on yelp unless iv had an exceptional experience, I walked in looking to do my xmas shopping for my wife and within a half hour Catherine my sales girl helped me get everything in one stop. She was so helpful and as soon as I explained my wife's style she made some really great suggestions. They have an excellent and fully stocked selection of both pandora and Alex and ani which saved me from driving around town to the malls and that.

My experience at vinhas was super smooth and I walked outta of there knowing everything I purchased my wife would love. This will from now on be my go jewelry store for their excellent service and great sales girls.
