I got to get my engagement and wedding band here. I was adamant about supporting a local jeweler with the knowledge that they would be the best for post purchase maintenance, and care more about the overall process (I later found they were celebrating their 100th year anniversary- probably because of this niche) And I was exactly right! Took my rings in for resizing and to be sodded. Patrick taught me so much about diamonds, gold, and the strategic process they take with their pieces.

No more lifting weights with my pretty diamonds :( I promised! Was able to get a silicone ring from them for such activities though. As if shopping for jewelry isn't fun enough, his sweet lab, Molly, might be around for pets if you ask!

Some of the nicest people and excellent customer service. I came in to the store with a ring purchased elsewhere. I was helped beyond what I ever expected. Great people. Great service.

Great attentiveness to customers, and very skilled at the work they do. I took my inexpensive (Ronda movement) but necessary work watch in here for a shattered crystal. It was an odd size that had to be ordered. Just a few days later Patrick called me to tell me it was ready. He did excellent work, the new crystal is in perfect and looks great. He even cleaned the watch. All for a surprisingly low price. Will deffinitely be going back.

I took in a very sentimental and older watch that wasn't working and they had it up and running in mere minutes for a very reasonable price. All of the employees are kind and extremely knowledgeable. Will always go here from now on!

I took a bracelet in for my wife that my son had broken and they had it repaired and cleaned and it looks absolutely amazing! They also adjusted my new watch for me in no time. They did a fantastic job and I recommend them wholeheartedly!

We have always gone to Burri's for all of our jewelry needs They have a great selection and their staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I bought my wedding ring through them over 20 years ago and they mounted my grandmother's diamonds in it for me. Every few years, I bring it back and they rebuild the prongs, ensuring I don't lose my precious diamonds. I wouldn't trust it to anyone else

My wife employed them to resize my wedding band as a surprise. Inside the band was a personal inscription. It was noted on the "repair" tag not to disrupt the inscription. They did. And the resizing area was very obvious. Very, very poor craftmanship and customer service. They asked my wife to pay for the resizing. My wife told me what happened. I went in to pick the ring up, cause I thought it was a joke. Nope; sure enough reality.

They again asked me to pay for the disservice. I asked to try the ring on and walked out. The lady couldn't believe I wasn't going to pay for my forever damaged property. No amount of money can undo what they have done. (Wish I could include a photo!) This happened a couple of years ago, but I have the daily reminder of their lack of craftsmanship and serious capitalistic minded business model. They truely don't care about their customers; only the buck. Not ever was an apology given; only excuses for the jeweller not seeing the inscription.

Repairs were done quickly (2 weeks) and well enough but my rings came back not flat and the white gold is starting to yellow when it never did before on the part that was sized.

Gotta love taking in a ring for prong repair which was quoted between $170 to $250. Then getting a call that "all the seats had to be rebuilt and so in order to assure that the diamonds stay in nice and tight it would be $640". I have since taken it to two different jewelers, one in Colorado and one here in Cheyenne and there is absolutely nothing wrong with the seats, just the prongs.

Both gave me quotes of about $120 for all the prongs to be done. I kept my business local and found a much more honest place. The hard thing about this, is that people would have pulled out their credit card and paid that much. Not me, I found a new jeweler!

I am so glad I found this place. I was so bored with all the same stuff that all the jewelry places sell for a higher prices with boring designs. Burri's has one of a kind jewelry, super friendly staff and are willing to go above and beyond to help you get your vision. I am a very particular woman who knows what I want and has done my research. Patrick was absolutely respectable kind and patient with me, I know that at times I may be a bit to handle, but he completely understood where I was coming from and delivered on my vision.

There isnt anything that they can't get or do at Burri jewelers. What I like most is that it's not some corporate company that selling this over produced jewelry, this is a family owned business who customizes and find unique pieces. I highly recommend this jewelry store, where you get more bang for your buck you get the absolute best quality for your money and depending on the time of year that you buy it you can get absolutely great pricing.

Stopped in here to get a new battery in two of my watches. Staff were friendly and very helpful. They have really pretty jewelry.

I love this place! Dick and his staff are always more then willing to help out in any situation. Their selection is wonderful and if you can't find what you need, they will find it for you. I remember going into Burris when I was a child and couldn't wait to get my engagement ring there. If you are looking for a real jewelry store with something unique, make sure you stop here!

I needed to find a special ring for my girlfriend and looked everywhere for the right deal. The owner (Dick Burri) sat me down and we found the best ring and we found the best ring for the money. My girlfriend and I will also choose my ring from Burri also. You can't beat this place. The owner has been in the business over thirty years and knows what to purchase for that special day. I recommend Burri for all the guys out there!
