AAA Pawn Plus

This place absolutely sucks first of all when I went there I was ignored they were taking people that came in after me and I believe because I was white man they didn't even want to look at what I had somebody gave his place to star and a half I wouldn't even give it a star

Went to sale a nice brand new laptop. Rejected because I didn't had a " receipt " Lol first time in my life I hear about this non sense. Went to Cashland and boom. Done deal.

I went there kinda nervous to buy my girlfriend a ring as a present and a man named Greg was very warm and helpful, he gave me lots of patience and good conversation to settle my nerves I think lol either way he was super cool. I had a rough time deciding on a ring so he also gave me his opinion without running my bill too high like many jewelers would trying to suggest an expensive ring, but he didn't do that at all.

I told him my budget and he even helped me stay way below it. I highly suggest everyone go there and ask for Greg the man deserves a raise. Greg even noticed I didn't have a whole lot to spend so he gave a 10% discount and wrapped up my ring neatly to present to her. All in all it was a great experience with a very friendly crew focused on customer servise.

I can't say enough good things about the customer service at Pawn Plus. The staff is friendly and helpful. The prices they offered were more than fair. This was my first experience selling to a pawn shop and they made it easy and actually fun. I'll be back!

This place has really gone down hill. their pricing originally used to be really well and i used to thoroughly enjoy browsing around this store, but recently the jewelry has been EXTREMELY overpriced. i highly suggest going to cash land across the street for better prices and much more friendly employees. the company standard must've gone down drastically with the new young employees working there.

The staff are friendly and personable. They have many interesting things for sale that is worth checking out if you are in the neighborhood. Definitely check Gregory he is very honest and full if resources!

Ken was a pleasure to work with. He also gave me an amazing price on a beautiful pocket watch for my boyfriend. I will for sure be doing business again with him.

I recommend stopping in. The guy in there is super nice and takes customer service very seriously. I appreciated them taking the mask mandate seriously; They enforce mask regulations and will give you one if you don't have one. Despite being the only employee working there that day, he kept a good attitude and never pressured me into buying anything. He also struck up casual conversation which made me feel comfortable. Great experience overall!

This place was not willing to negotiate and only went by what eBay said. I did my research prior going in. So I knew exactly how much they are going for. I'll never go back to this place.

Pawn shops are what they are and I don't expect much when I use or go to one. That said, this place is the absolute worst one I've ever seen. I had some old jewelry to sell. I waited and waited to be served. Fifteen minutes later, after never even being spoken to, I walked out. In those fifteen minutes, I saw what they had to sell. It wasn't good. You'd do better at a flea market.

I use to spend between 10,000 or more a year now since there selling your stuff on ebay n amazon cant get any good deals by doing this there pushing customers away. I understand you have to make a profit but it's time to give some back to the community. Greed will eventually bring the store down. They give you.25 for dvds when you can go on Craig's list n there's buyers who will give you more

It is nice that there is a pawn shop in York but this one has poor service and mediocre sale prices. They are negotiable on prices if you can get someone to help you. On a plus side, they have an online store on eBay that is pretty decent and has some very good deals. The eBay store offers free pickup at the Lancaster location.

Horrible service, rude staffing, and they rip you off. 22 xbox games, newer ones in great condition, and 8 dvds is apparently only worth $22. Goodness knows they're going to sell the games for $15 -20+ a piece anyway. I would have taken them elsewhere however there is no other pawn shop around. Shame there isn't because this thieving company would go out of business so quickly.

If you every plan on selling anything here, be warned, they will make you wait 20 or so minutes because paying customers mean more to them than the ones that they are purchasing their goods from. Never, EVER going here again for any reason. I would rather drive 20 or 30 minutes next time.
