The Underwood's Custom Design Department designs and creates jewelry pieces that flatter your features as well as save you money because they are not going through the several middlemen that other jewelers must use. As usual I had let my wife's birthday slip up on me without an adequate gift purchased. Luckily Taylor had contacted me via a courteous text to see if I needed anything for an anniversary gift as I have made a couple prior purchases from Underwoods. Using that contact she was able to provide multiple sparkling gift options in my price range. Most importantly she was able to package and send the gift for overnight delivery. I highly recommend meeting with Taylor! She made us feel very comfortable throughout the engagement stone selection process. Underwood's and Taylor specifically, were so great to work with! I had a few pieces of jewelry repaired and remade and each was treated with care and patience.
