Wow! Can't believe I am actually writing this about a jewelry store but the entire staff was an absolute joy to work with. Never felt the typical "pressure" while shopping and felt at home while working with the SLC team. Would definitely refer my family and friends here and will be back soon. Keep up the great work!

Oh my goodness! I can not say enough good things about my experience with Sissy's Log Cabin! They treated me like family and understood my desires. They gave me expert advise and supported my decisions. Super nice group of people eagerly willing to give you the best experience. I like the fact Sissy's sizes and repairs same day service. It was very impressive to me when I got my receipt with an appraisal and picture. I have never in my life been treated so good and as for me and my family there is no where else I will shop for jewelry. Thank you Wyatt and staff! You're the BEST!

My experience with Sissys started with me needing to get my wedding band fixed. Jason, Natasha, Megan, Vicki, Conner and Wyatt have been nothing but fantastic. Jason was also able to get me a custom made bracelet which I absolutely love. He was very patient with me and my bracelet is absolutely perfect. He was also very kind in helping me getting a surprise gift for my husband.

It felt like a family when we surprised my husband and everyone participated. I cannot recommend Sissys enough to anyone who is looking for a phenomenal customer service and quality of craftsmanship. It is always a pleasure to walk in and always be treated like family. I am looking forward to working with the team in the future for more jewelry pieces.

After visiting Sissy's Log Cabin, I don't think another jewelry store can compare. Friendly from the moment you walk into the door, it feels like a family in there. Wyatt helped me find an amazing gift for my wife. He was professional and beyond knowledgeable and I couldn't be happier with my experience. I walked into Sissy's Log Cabin for the first time, wanted to see if they had something different. The customer service that I received from Megan was second 2none! She walked me all around the store without pressure. I put some diamond earrings on hold putting half of the money down. The following week when I arrived Megan remembered my name after only meeting her once. Unfortunately, I changed my mind about my purchase at this time. However, her same high energy was there throughout the entire process.

I also had a necklace repaired, come to find out it had multiple places that needed immediate attention. The necklace looks brand new. I feel like it's secure to wear without breaking again. Megan didn't once make me feel guilty. As a matter of fact, she walked me out the door knowing she will see me again. THANKS Ladybug!

I would never go anywhere for my jewelry needs or questions but Sissys. I get treated with respect and great kindness from everyone in the shop. I am sure they have millions of customers who are capable of spending lots of money but they never make me feel second class. I love their attention to detail and their honesty with me. They desire to do what is best and advantageous for me. I am privileged to be their customer and they make me feel like family.

I rarely write reviews but my GF is from Memphis and I always like to visit the local jewelry stores to window shop, knowing well that most ADs probably already have a long list of clientele prioritized. I was pleasantly surprised when the sales rep, Connor, invited me to try on a watch that I wanted in two different sizes so that I knew which was the best fit even though non were available for sale. I'm glad I did as the size I thought I wanted was not the best fit.

He went on to take my information down should one become available for me down the line. Regardless of what happens, this was such a great positive unexpected experience. I've been to many ADs around the country and Sissy's by far offers topnotch customer experience.

Always love swinging by Sissys when I'm in town visiting family. Vicky, Wyatt and everyone in the store treats me like family and gives me the extra attention. Vicky was absolutely amazing and patiently helped me find the perfect gift for my daughter for her upcoming birthday! She also helped me pick out my replacement/upgrade wedding band which I will cherish and love! If you want the full experience you need to come to Sissy's! Can't wait for my next visit!

The absolute best jewelry store. Amy is the best. You have to go and experience it yourself. The pieces they have are breathtaking. I will say the one thing that I loveeee the most is the staff does not pressure you make a purchase period! That is what has kept me coming back! I own 2 pieces now and I loveeee them both. We come to Memphis every few months for our daughter's follow ups at St Jude. We had a friend make an appointment for us and another St Jude family with Jason and Natasha as we wanted to celebrate our daughters shared clean bills of health. The entire staff including the president of Sissys greeted us with open arms and gifted our daughters matching bracelets - just such an incredibly warm, kind and heartfelt welcome. Do not hesitate to go here- such wonderful people who truly care about their customers. Will be a regular after the incredible reception we received today.

It all started with a phone call and RJ. I had the most amazing experience at your Heights location. RJ was very knowledgeable, personable and professional. I left with more than expected and will go back! Hang on to RJ he is the best!

I had a wonderful experience here at sissy's cabin. My wife loves butterflies and I was able to find a beautiful 18k white gold diamond ring that my wife absolutely loves. We went in to Sissy's Memphis store to check it out, since we had lived near Pine Bluff, for several years. We were greeted by a charming young lady named Megan Stillwell(#297). Who was from Arkansas also. She showed us around the store pointing out some of her favorite pieces. Then my wife spotted a string of pearls. She does not have any pearls.

She commented that they were the length that she would want. To make a long story short, she received a early Christmas present, thanks to Megan. P.S. we didn't come in with the intent to purchase anything.

The short and sweet is that Sissy's is the best. They are the place that you will want to go for every stage in your life. They treat you like family and I won't go anywhere else. My full thoughts: I've been a customer at Sissy's Log Cabin since 2017. When it's come to my engagement ring, wedding bands, or even family heirlooms, Sissy's was my first and only choice.

During my times in the store I've had the pleasure to get to know the store manager, Jason Heckendorf. Jason is a stand up guy who has taken very good care of us throughout the years. He is kind, compassionate and radiates the joyous energy that makes you want to come back to Sissy's. Recently I had the pleasure of meeting President Lamar McCubbin when I had a concern.

He reached out, took the time to speak with me over the phone and showed through his actions that he cares about his customers. I can honestly say that Sissy's Log Cabin has taken care of me like family and I will continue to be a lifelong customer. I came in just for a moment and was welcomed so warmly. The staff here is incredibly kind and professional. Disclaimer: I do know one of the team members, so I ended up having my ring cleaned while I was in. It was my first time in the shop, but they have a phenomenally beautiful collection of jewelry. Their entire collection is a huge temptation for anyone, like myself, who absolutely loves pretty, shiny things But if you're looking for rare/extraordinary estate jewelry or need a piece custom made for a special occasion, this is absolutely the place to go!

I took a ring to get sized and appraised. When I picked it up they had not sized it. I paid $310. The clerk said just wear it a couple days. I took it back and they agreed the work had not been done. This was the Heights location. There was some kind of event going on that day. They were too busy to make my work right. I will not go back. I also paid for an appraisal.

Excellent jewelry store to find high end watches such as Rolex and Breitling, they carry these brands in addition to other fine jewelry. They don't carry Omega watches but neither does any jewelry store in Memphis. The store was clean and parking was readily available. A sales person met me at the door and was polite, knowledgeable and available to assist and answer any questions.

I highly recommend if you've been looking at quality watches online, I would encourage you to visit, see and try on these watches in person. I would definitely recommend Sissy's log cabin.

Had a really nice experience the other day with Nicole regarding a certain brand of watch. Although the one I wanted was not in stock, she took my number and promised to call me when it came in. The next day, a similar watch arrived and she called. However, I had to pass. We spoke at length yesterday and she's on the lookout for me. I have no doubt she'll call me again.

I appreciate her professionalism and I in general like this store. The employees are a whole lot friendlier than their competitor in Germantown who is selling 40 year old pre-owned Rolex watches $800 below the price of a new one. Looking forward to hearing from Nicole and giving my business to Sissy's Log Cabin.

We came to Sissy's to look at engagement rings.we have not bought anything yet just wanted to leave a review since we had such a great experience here. Everyone we spoke to was so nice and professional from the minute you walk in the door they make you feel comfortable they were not pushy at all. We worked with Vicki and she was so nice she took the time to work with us and let us try on or look at anything and did not seem aggravated by all the questions lol I loved that we were not rushed or pressured on anything. I will defiantly be back.

I stopped in yesterday to look at the watch selection at Sissy's. Tiffany was an amazing host who was very knowledgeable about the various watches and styles. I would definitely recommend coming to Sissy's if you are interested in great service and a great watch selection.

This review is for my recent experience with my engagement. My fiance told me Ms. Vicki - who sold him the ring - needed to meet me. So, in we went. I have never felt so much excitement from a sales person! She welcomed me with a huge hug, smile, and squeal. Also, when I mentioned that it could take up to 2 weeks to get my ring resized, she was appalled.

She introduced me to their master jeweler and had my ring back on my hand in an hour. Vicki was all around professional, welcoming, and made this special moment that much more so. The store, within an upscale shopping center in East Memphis, is very clean and tidy and the entire sales staff is very pleasant.

WONDERFUL service! Mrs. Gay is such a wonderful lady to work with! Had such an amazing experience there! When I got my purchase we had a glass of champagne to celebrate! Everyone treated me like family! Loved it!

The best! I can tell you that I had an amazing experience at Sissy's. My girlfriend picked out her engagement ring and I went back a few days later and Tiffany helped me. Not only did they size it while I waited they even did the appraisal. Later that week I took my girlfriend to the Cayman Islands and you won't believe this, but Sissy's sent a bottle of Champagne to our room for us to celebrate.
