If I could give less than obe star, I would. Purchased $345 Honu Dive watch for son for Christmas. It has not even been worn in the water and after 1 month the silicone band broke. Made it back to the store to see if same watch was available to arrange exchange, since the store does not allow refunds, but "exchanges only". We were told to come back in with watch, and when I arrived, after another 2 hour drive back, was told they would not exchange for exact same watch in window, because it had been worn. Was told I could leave at the store for 2-3 weeks and someone would change the band.

I had a great experience shopping here. Elizabeth helped me on both occasions and was highly professional and personable. I would not hesitate to return here on my next trip to Hawaii!

Stay away from that russian woman behind the counter. Was close to making a purchase but her attitude and words convinced me otherwise. Found watch cheaper on Jomashop.

I stopped in for a gift for my friend on a lark. A wonderful lady assisted me and helped me pick out the perfect gift to bring back to the mainland. Better prices than Maui Divers and Ha Noku for a similar piece of equal quality. Some excellent other pieces with a strong Chinese flair to their designs.
