My fiance and I highly recommend Exclusively Diamonds. They have an incredibly beautiful selection of rings and diamonds. Their customer service is excellent. Melissa helped me pick out an engagement ring and she really made my experience special. She was considerate and patient with my budget and concept for the ring. She was quick to respond to emails and calls.

My fiance absolutely loved how her ring turned out. We choose to purchase wedding bands from Exclusively Diamonds based on our previous experience and we were not disappointed. Once again I was impressed with the Melissa and Sarah. They helped us pick out the most perfect rings for us.

We had a wonderful experience. They happily took a return and gave me store credit quite a while back. I went in today with two of my children, and we were treated so well. We were immediately greeted and offered an array of beverages and snacks. We had what can best be described as a personal shopping assistant the entire time who was highly attentive. We also had our jewelry cleaned while we shopped. Their store was immaculate and had a great variety of quality pieces.

This is an upscale watch and jewelry store in Mankato, MN. They carry Rolex/Tudor as well as a large collection of jewelry ranging from affordable to extraordinary. I had the pleasure of working with Amber and Jenn. They were so kind, professional, and attentive to detail. I also got the sense that they truly care about their customers, and that made for a very positive and refreshing experience. Exclusively diamonds has been my store to get any jewelry. From wife's custom diamond earrings, necklaces, baby shower gifts to even a fix to one of the necklaces we have. They have been always so accommodating especially Jen, the sales manager. I would highly recommend it and her to anyone.

I am very pleased with my experience at exclusively diamonds. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to make sure I was comfortable. Andrea and the girls helped assist me in the purchase of my first luxury watch (the Tudor black bay 58) and they also helped me obtain my very first Rolex! Beyond impressed with the awesome service! Walked in and was treated by Sara with something to drink. They make you feel like home. I zipped in to look at some time pieces on Saturday - The service, attentiveness and surroundings were outstanding! I tried on some exhibition Rolex Models and some Tudor Models and was treated to a tour of the Store, Family History and an awesome parting gift. Well worth the drive from the Twin Cities and I highly recommend this stunning shop to fulfill your thirst for exquisite engagement jewelry and Swiss watches!

My daughter has been asking for a couple years to get her ears pierced. We took her to get the princess package. She felt so special, the ladies that did her piercing were very kind and did such a nice job interacting with her. She was treated just as well, if not better than any customer that would walk in the door. Staff have always been friendly and we look forward to returning.

Amazing customer service! They are so nice, offer you all options and are willing to show you whatever you want. They also have drinks available while you wait/browse which is always a plus! They are also super helpful to work with you on dates when you need things done by and are quick to offer their best solution to whatever problem you have. The customer service was Amazing. I started with ring repairs with missing diamonds then to a necklace shortened and repaired.they came back looking better than new! I took my gr.grandmas necklace in to be appraised.it came back looking absolutely BEAUTIFUL.the gal that helped me put it in a larger box which displays her necklace BEAUTIFULLY!
