Nothing but good things to say about this place! I needed a ring resized and Scott and Taylor were so helpful to make sure it came out & fit perfect. They also did it that same day which I really appreciated.

I took my Rolex watch to be repaired because one of the links came off, previously. The jeweler told me he could fix it in two days time. I picked it up and it was not ready. Then I came back the next day and this young girl wearing a tie dye t shirt told me they would have to charge extra to order the parts for it. I was quoted $105.00 for a link and screws. This place is a scam, and I would not suggest anyone take their watches there. I ended up taking my watch to Nashville Watch Co. Stay away from these scammers!

I am more than satisfied with Scott's work. I brought my wedding set in Friday for a sizing and polish. I was given a reasonable quote and a 2 day turnaround! This seems to be much faster than most places in the area. The size of my ring is now exactly what it needs to be-a quarter of a size made all the difference. I will definitely be a return customer!

Scott & Taylor are AMAZING. I came in to resize my late grandmother's ring, and they not only resized it perfectly; they put new prongs on to ensure I could wear it for everyday use. I highly recommend them. You will not be disappointed.

Took an older omega to get two links taken out (I collect Swiss watches) and they quoted me 45 dollars. I took it to Nashville Watch Co where they charged me nothing. Belle Meade jewelers claimed it was old which it's a 1984 so it is, but Nashville Watch Co had it done in less then 5 minutes at no cost. I've actually never been charged to take links out and only went in because I was in the area. Price gouging at its finest.

What an absolute pleasure to work with this team. I needed a stone replacement on my engagement ring from another designer. Scott and Taylor were so knowledgable and guided me through the entire process. They were able to find, purchase and fix my ring in only a few days. It is absolutely perfect.

Stopped in today and had excellent customer service from the staff. Scott and Taylor were very kind and they were quick to replace my watch battery and alter it to fit my wrist. Their selection of jewelry is intriguing as well and I'll definitely be going back!

I brought in a ring that wasn't necessarily fine jewelry however holds great sentiment and instead of turning me away they acknowledged the value that the piece had to me. This place is amazing. I brought in a bracelet my boyfriend made me that was slightly too small. The gentleman behind the counter took five seconds to adjust it and make sure it fit correctly. I explained how it important the piece was to me end they treated it very gently while working it for me. Was very impressed with the service and kindness!

I had an opal ring that I borrowed from my sister. Well, I broke the setting and lost one of the opals. I took the ring to three different stores who all told me that it could not be repaired. I went there by chance to have a repair done on a watch, that was back in August 2018. Since then, I've purchased and had specific pieces made. Both gentlemen operating the business know jewelry and both are very creative. Trust no other for great deals on diamonds and gold work! These guys are great and have taught me everything I know about perfect diamonds to the designing of gold jewelry.

Needed a pin replaced in my Tag watch. They immediately took care of it, and didn't even charge me! Definitely recommend this place!

This place is a gem! (Pardon the partially planned pun) I had a watch that needed to be resized. I called around to a few different places and everyone told me to drop it off and I could pick it up tomorrow. Belle Meade Jewelry & Repair not only resized my watch STAT they put on a show and I was able to watch some work being done on the big screen while I waited. All while masked up and COVID minded. Couldn't recommend them more!

Had a great customer service experience here today! They recognized me as a repeat customer and did a great job fixing my engagement ring! They are just about the only place in town that works on Palladium metal and they do a fantastic job. We plan to come back for some custom work in the near future.

I have brought several heirloom rings here and they do a wonderful job cleaning, fixing prongs, and fitting them. They often have specials where they will inspect a ring for free. Great place for small jobs like having links taken out of a watch, or making a purchase of a beautiful piece of jewelry. Very friendly staff. I highly recommend them.

If zero stars was an option, that is what I would have checked. I took my vintage heirloom engagement ring to Belle Meade Jewelry & Repair to be sized down, when I got it back the band looked horrible. It was lumpy and thinned out in weird spots. I asked Scott (the owner and repairer) about it and he got extremely defensive. I took it to two other reputable jewelers in Nashville and they both concluded that I payed top dollar for a job that was done incorrectly.

I went back to ask for the situation to be rectified. Again he got extremely defensive. I took my ring off to show him exactly what I had a problem with. He took it off the counter and proceeded to start grinding down the gold band to "fix" it. Both me and my fiance were yelling for him to please stop and return my ring. He ignored us! When he was done defacing my ring it looked worse.

He then began asking us why we were ruining our engagement by complaining! We asked for a simple refund to at least cover the cost of getting it fixed. He again stated that there was nothing wrong with it, that that's what it always looks right when you get rings resized. He then said that if we weren't happy that we could sue him. Long story short: DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY WITH YOUR JEWELERY.

I was able to take my ring to another jeweler in town that fixed the damage done by Scott at Belle Meade Jewlery and Repair and sized it correctly. It now looks flawless like it should have in the first place.
