My husband and I were visiting Hot Springs when we saw a very nice Rolex in the storefront window at Lauray's. We decided to drop in and take a peek. We were immediately greeted by several store reps. I asked to see some diamond earrings and was assisted by a very friendly rep named Elisabeth. She was helpful and patient. I made a purchase and the jeweler checked my item, made adjustments, and cleaned it. What a great experience! My husband and I agreed that we will travel from LR to Hot Springs to shop there again.

The outcome was Beautiful! The diamond ring required several aspects; intricate gold build up to the diamond basket, 6prongs, v tips, and thickened gold band.

Attention to detail was required and met. We now have our wedding ring back returned to beautiful perfection, ready to share another 30years. We are grateful. Lauray's helped my husband with my wedding band, some years ago. It is still as beautiful today as it was then, thanks to them! Anytime that I have needed it cleaned or the diamonds reset (I am rough on rings!) They have done an excellent job! They make sure everything is documented when you bring you item in. They will even work or clean jewelry that wasn't purchased from them, which is a big plus for my family. Thank you for taking care of my families jewelry needs for over 10years now!

I recently visited this wonderful Jewelry store. The staff is very helpful and that have a great selection but the ESTATE CASE was my favorite. I highly recommend Lauray's. They have something for any occasion.

Prior to going on vacation I dropped my ring off at Laurays Diamond Center for repair.to I was greeted by Toni, she was very understanding and sympathetic that my ring had a damaged prong. I explained that my husband had purchased the ring from Laurays seventeen years ago for our twentieth anniversary. She assured me they would take good care of my ring and texted me when it was ready.

After receiving a text notification, I returned to Laurays a few days after I got back from vacation. I was greeted by Toni again, and she said my ring is ready. She then asked if I had a good vacation. After a brief conversation, She handed me my ring. It was just as beautiful as the day my husband gave it to me. Toni was very professional and truly care about her customers. Thank you Toni and Laurays Diamond Center.

We had an amazing experience with this store. The employees were extremely professional and helpful, especially Ms. Jean Groden, who was very patient and knowledgeable while helping us. Would high recommend this store for the great quality of their products and professional and courteous employees.

We have been using Lauray's for over 34 years. I took my wedding set in to be cleaned and have them check an issue and also a necklace for a minor repair. I was pleasantly surprised that they didn't charge me anything. I'm glad the new owners are also providing quality service.

UPDATE: I changed my rating because the owner contacted me about problem. He was very kind and interested in specifics to help him know what training can take place. I know the situation will be addressed and sometimes that is all I need. We all make mistakes and have bad days. I can tell from all of the good reviews that I likely caught them on a bad day.

I've only given one bad review in my life. I believe in offering constructive criticism over blasting it on Google. I'm making an exception this time. I bought a ring there a couple of years ago. It stayed in the box unopened the entire time but no longer fit due to "COVID pounds". I knew I wouldn't be able to return it, but I thought an exchange was fair since they still carried them in the store and it is sample-sized.

They weren't willing to do that, but offered to consign it. I paid $410. They offered to give me $50 if they sell it. You read that right, $50 for a ring they still sell. I emailed the maker of the ring and they have a program for a trade-in since the ring isn't sizable. I wouldn't have asked to exchange it for something else if I could just send it in and have it replaced.

First of all, they should have known this. Secondly, they should be informing the person buying the ring that this was available. Thirdly, learn customer service skills. I'd suggest the same program as Chick-fil-A. Lastly, there is no need to treat people horribly. They were rude, snooty, and a waste of my time. Fifty dollars?! Are you insane?! If you purchase a LASHBROOK ring that isn't sizable, don't bother going here, just go through Lashbrook directly. They were so helpful and kind. I'm mailing it to them and they are shipping me the replacement. Be informed!

I had 4 rings appraised and the nicest ring I had went down in value according to their appraiser. When I called to question it I was told diamonds have "gone down" in value because of lab produced diamonds AND online sales. It doesn't explain why 3 went up in value and not the nicest one. Snarky manager admitted no wrong. They also dropped the size from 1.83 to 1.53. Definitely don't trust them any longer as a jeweler. They can't appraise knowledgeably so I'm going elsewhere.

The service is so amazing. I found the perfect ring guard to replace my old one. They were so professional. They cleaned my ring, replaced a missing diamond and sized the ring guard all in one afternoon. Very pleased.

This place absolutely blew my mind. Not only because of the custom and rare selections they have but also because of the people who work there. Great prices and they have been working tirelessly with me all day making sure I get exactly what I want! It would be worth it to drive back from Texas just to say hi. They now have a loyal customer for life and I recommend this to any and all. Bonus. they are locally owned!
