Its so nice to walk in to a place of business without any judgement, with a high character standard. I was approached and treated as if my opinion mattered, which makes a person feel good, all around. Stopped by this fine store to look at a simple watch for work and to get a Battery in my TAG watch. Excellent service, more than enthusiastic to help me, and received a hand written Thank You card in the Mail. Most impressed I've been in any busy in a long time. Highly recommended!

Fantastic high quality jeweler & staff! I had to have the band on my engagement & wedding ring fixed due to lack of quality from another jeweler. Erica Cochran, one of the representatives at Floyd & Green, made a suggestion on what could be done to fix it. I was hesitant at first, but I am so pleased with the outcome of her suggestion & the quality of workmanship on my engagement & wedding band!

I called Floyd and Green to inquire about a Rolex purchase a few months ago and had the pleasure to speak with Nikki. She kept in contact with me, updating me when something become available. While we have not found the right watch yet I appreciate her level of customer service. I imagine it is tough to be in sales with a product whose demand dwarfs supply but Nikki has been a consummate professional.

Always a great experience here. You are treated like family. Heidi is fantastic and really cares about making sure you are taken care of. You never feel rushed or pressured about a purchase and she wants your purchase to be the right one for you. Excellent. Excellent. Excellent.

I cannot recommend this place enough, I went in here a little skeptical after having a horrible experience at Jared's but, all my fears were wiped away instantly. From the moment you walk in no matter how busy they are you are met with a warm greeting and friendly smiles. I was searching for a engagement ring and was helped by Ms. Heidi. I knew nothing about the process and she took the time to explain everything in a way that was informative and easy to understand for me who has no idea about diamonds and settings.

She is very skilled and knowledgeable about everything. It really shows that she is passionate about what she does. I didn't see exactly what I had in mind in the store so she custom designed exactly what I was looking for and it turned out greater than I ever expected. Over the process she kept me updated on the the ring. I stopped by many times during this process and even when Ms. Heidi was with someone the rest of the staff was attentive and offered to help me or get me a drink or a snack while I waited for her.

I don't often take the time to write reviews however the phenomenal service that Floyd & Green provides it would be a disservice not to commend. I appreciate their devotion to customer service and I will be back anytime I am looking for jewelry in the future. I hope you all have a Happy Holidays.

This is my go-to place for checking out nice jewelry, etc. as well as getting various pieces repaired. They are always friendly and professional. They have a mini fridge with bottled waters, coffee, snacks which I think is a nice touch that they don't have to do. Conveniently located, also.

Friendly staff and great service. Clean inside and outside. Greeted when we walked in. Smiles everywhere. Smiles everywhere. Refreshments to the right when you walk in. A great experience and I will definitely return.

My fiance and I went here to get an estimate on sizing and refurbishing of a family heirloom. We worked with Kimberly Flanagan. She was very helpful. We were told the engagement ring would stay at their shop in Aiken and be worked on by their employees. The diamond wedding band needs to be sent to PA to be sized/for an estimate. They said the work on the engagement ring could be done with in a week or they could rush it.

I will update my review if we decide to use them. It was a pleasant experience and I feel comfortable with them having possession of a family heirloom f UPDATE: Used Floyd and Green to size my engagement ring and replace 8 platinum tips. It was done timely and fairly inexpensively. I still need to replace more tips, but we are waiting on doing those for now.

This is a fantastic business with an excellent staff. They have a wide variety of jewelry and treat every customer with respect and honor. I have bought fine jewelry, watch batteries and had my jewelry cleaned and repaired. Every time I have been pleased with their great service and friendly staff.

Still incredibly pleased. They recently reset the diamond from my engagement ring into another band for me and it looks incredible - they worked with me on my timeline (I had someone else in town bring it to me when visiting) and they were SO helpful when I called to check up on it (hey, i missed it!).

Very good job on the appraisal write-ups. Very unhappy with the 3% of appraised value offered for our jewelry! My opinion of the store went belly-up after that insult!

Smaller jewelry store but they still have an excellent selection of high end brands like Rolex, John Hardy, and Tacori. Customer service was great and I never feel pressured to buy anything when I'm dealing with the welcoming staff. When you bring in something to have it cleaned or serviced they bring it back to you on a silver platter with chocolates and they have fresh cookies and coffee too!
