Beautiful items on display. But you could lookup most of these items online priced much lower.

My go to place every time I go to Solvang. Always come out of the store work either a bracelet or ring. Service is excellent.

Walked by the Solvang Pebble People and noticed that they had something we wanted to look at so we stopped in. They had a whole wall of Cuckoo Clocks. That was the main draw for us. My wife and I grew up with a Cuckoo Clock in our grandparents houses and had always wanted to get one. They had many different types and styles available. We chose a traditional German style musical Cuckoo Clock that we needed to wind every day.

We really preferred the old-style hand made mechanical Cuckoo's as opposed to the battery operated ones. Not only do the Pebble People have Cuckoo Clocks, but a wide variety of other clocks, Disney items, Disney Art, Steins, Dragons and Fairies, watches, Christmas items and of course their Pebble People. A great shop to stop in and check out.

There was so much to look at the staff was quite friendly and helpful with everything. We did a lot of Christmas shopping here for friends and family whom we knew would really appreciates some of these items. I highly recommend the Solvang Pebble People!

So glad I decided to stop in this cute little shop. I have been searching online and everywhere I can think for a replacement to a ring my mom got me when I was a teenager. The one she got me was worn down and bent from years of wear and oddly enough, I found the exact ring in this shop! I couldn't believe my eyes. It was a great price and my boyfriend also got a beautiful copper and blue watch here for a great price as well.

The staff were all nice and welcoming. For reference, the top ring is the one I needed to replace and the bottom was the ring I found at this shop. So crazy to see what it's supposed to look like!

You can find the most authentic gifts here. There is beautifully displayed local made jewelry. I tried on many rings, the sales associate was very kind and knowledgeable about the stones and sizes carried. If you're on a romantic trip don't skip this shop, you can make your significant other feel very special with a precious rock for a reasonable price.

Great store exploring collectibles, jewelry, German made mechanical grandfather clocks, vintage Seiko clocks, grandfather clocks, collectible figurines, Steins for beer and few many other knick knacks. They have a notice out the door for all customers to wear face masks and have hand sanitzers available to keep them safe. Customer service and ambiance were well thought out.

Very organized. And the customer service is fantastic here. The deals of the mechanical clocks that came from Germany. There are a few manual clocks too. They cost around $350 to $750. I would say it is a good deal, and their is limited warranty. Knowledge of products are exceptional for selling them. My mom commented that she wanted the cardinal body sensor thing to be made of wood instead of plastic.

The husband's owner said to us - she knows her stuff! True! Older people know their stuff and how it should be made to be long lasting! Nice store to look at - and worth to buy a few excellent pieces here that you're never going to find it online or any other store.

Always wanted a cuckoo clock from a recent European business trip few years ago and never managed to fit one in my luggage. Imagine my surprise when finding this quaint shop after weekend brunch! Lots of options such as wind up and battery operated, and in all sizes, some with popping birds, some without. I settled for this battery operated small one with a dog and rotating "dancers".

The two older ladies who were working in the shop answered my questions and didn't really pressure too much. One stayed fairly nearby to answer questions. The clocks are supposedly made in Germany and they include a 1 year warranty. You get the one on the wall, because at least you know it's working - so check for any aesthetic defects before they box it up! This is particularly important if you don't live nearby and the receipt has a "no refund" policy and strict exchange policy within 14 days if something is wrong.

This shop sells a lot of tourist wares. There is a large wall of cuckoo clocks, displays of various types of rings with semi-precious stones, and a lot of other souvenirs.

My anniversary is coming up and we came here a while ago. I saw something I wanted to get for my husband. I looked on the website and could not find it so I called. I talked to the nicest person named Diane. I explained what I was looking for, she helped me and they were able to ship it to me. It was not expensive at all for what it was. I was excited and so extremely grateful for the help.

I went back and forth and she would send me pictures of what I would. She went above and beyond and I will definitely be buying more from them. come to find out she was one of the owners. applaud your above and beyond standards and will recommend you to everyone. Again thank you so much for everything you have done to make this amazing for us.

My husband and I bought a Cuckoo clock from Pebble People. We ran into some minor issues getting the clock in full working order but Michael was a lifesaver! He was available to help us through the process and made the time to give us absolutely grade A service. This was our first trip to Solvang but I guarantee if we have any needs they can possibly fill, I am more than happy to check with them first. This kind and level of customer service is not found too very often. I cannot say enough good things about this business.

Great visit during our exploration of Solvang! Covid regulations were followed.they cleanse and sanitize the jewelry that you ask to see or try on. I purchased a very cute ring and my friend's mom bought one of their small antique clocks! So many unique and limited Disney paintings. We loved exploring the earrings and rings in the shop and definitely enjoyed our time!

According to their website, Pebble People is a family-run business in Solvang for 43 years, specializing in handcrafted clocks, jewelry, music boxes, etc. There are a couple hand sanitizers around the store. We walked in because we saw the Disney items from the front door and had to stop and look. There's a ton of stuff to look at. Because the store was so big we split up and took our own page at looking at things.

I saw some jewelry I really liked but couldn't bring myself to buy it. None of the staff stopped to check how I was doing or if I had any questions. If they did I would've asked what one of the necklaces I liked was made out of. There's also a small section with dragons. I like dragons so I spent the most amount of time debating about that necklace and staring at the dragons, deciding if any of what they were selling would go with what dragons I already had at home. It's such a large store, and everything is full so you could easily spend a good amount of time looking around.

This is the last time I will go through the doors of this place. I have visited Solvang many times and each time I do as most tourist do and walk into all the cute stores and this store is no exception. I enjoy looking at music boxes cooko clocks. This is the second time I remember feeling this way do I will never go back into this store. I walked in with my boyfriend, we were the only ones in the store besides the sales lady, who by the way was not wearing a face mask.

As my boyfriend (who is cacasion) walked ahead of me I stopped to look at a music box. As i continued to browse the sales woman got up from her chair and started following me, stopping when I would stop and start again when I would. She was watching me and I felt she thought I was going to steal something. REALLY. are you kidding me, why? Is it because I'm Hispanic. I'm not a teenager I'm a 50 something year old Hispanic that has never ever stolen anything from anywhere!

Yet she never once followed my boyfriend. My boyfriend noticed that she was watching and following me also we left! I will never browse that store again, and to the owners of that store, with COVID and all the world's issues today educate yourselves and your employees on CUSTOMER SERVICE and FACE MASKS! I don't recommend this store to anyone who enjoys browsing and wants to feel welcomed into a store, this place is horrible!

From disney to dragons and even steins from Germany! This is a legendary must stop by spot in Solvang. I bought my girlfriend some copper dream catcher earrings and a porcelain Stitch. The staff were as friendly as any close family member could have been. They also wore masks and had hand sanitizer available.

If you ever get to Solvang this place is a must visit. Diane and staff are great people. A lot of nice things to see and purchase. The clocks from Germany, and the paintings you have to step in.

Pebble People is an odd assortment of everything from Cuckoo clocks to lucky horseshoes, Christmas trinkets, Disney themed prints, to jewelry and more. It's a fairly large store to walk through. Personally I find the majority of it to be politely not my taste. This place is one of two stores offering Cuckoo clocks.both mechanical (traditional) and battery operated. Staff is friendly and helpful, but with varied knowledge about what they are selling.

I think this is my favorite store in Solvang! Cute store with lots of knick knacks from Disney, Grinch, Christmas theme, etc, different kinds of clocks, music box, Globes, jewelry and one of a kind items. If your looking for something for gifts. You may find something in here. No photos tho on some items.

My grandma works here. She is a nice lady. I like their Disney collection. The artists are nice people. Pebble people.

Love the wall of cat clocks! This place was one of the few stores open when my bf and I got to Solvang. The staff was very welcoming and the store has so many cool things to look at! I can't wait to come back here for one of those cat clocks in every color.

Buyer beware! When you purchase a ring here, you'll be given a "Lifetime Guarantee" paper which claims that the ring is guaranteed to be repaired or replaced should it ever break, but this guarantee is not worth the paper on which it is printed! The employees of this store will give you every excuse in the book why the guarantee doesn't apply in your case, but only AFTER the fact once you try to get a ring repaired.

But while you're in the store spending money, mum's the word! Despicable, deplorable, shady way of doing business. Do not spend your money here. You'd be better off lighting your cash on fire.

This place was probably one of my favorites to explore in Solvang! Knick-knacks galore along the walls and shelves and they have jewelry cases full of beautiful and simple rings from a place in South Dakota (with lifetime warranties). The sales associate was not pushy and came over and offered to open up the case for me. I settled on a ring in seconds and she kept it at the front for me. Great service and friendly associates!

I only have the best memories of this place. Came here as a kid with my family & my parents didn't let us touch ANYTHING & for very good reason too! Lol My mom & my grandma would buy these cute little music boxes & figurines for every kid in the family as a little inheritance for when they passed. Unfortunately my grandma passed this year, but I still have a little music box & figurine from my grandma.

I'd rather have my grandparents back though. That's why solvang & this shop mean so much to me. It's the childhood memories that brought me back here after 15 years. It's still the same cute little store with the most beautiful music boxes.

Such a cute place to go to while in Solvang. This store is filled with a bunch of cuckoo clocks! Ranging from big to small, batteries to electric, different types of songs and themes. The man working there was so knowledgeable on the clocks and even gave us a demonstration on it. It really made me want to buy one. Maybe one day when i can afford it lol They also have different clocks and I sure did buy one!

It was so cute I couldn't resist. A yellow lab clock wagging it's moving tail back and forth. The price was decent! I love my clock! In addition to clocks they have their pebble people which was also cute and a bunch of Disney and Christmas stuff. Customer service was wonderful here!

I first came to this store o a Sunday evening and it was already closed. It looked so intriguing I made sure to revisit it the next morning as I was already staying in town. The lady at the counter was very friendly and demonstrated the coo coo clocks and told me all about them. They have mechanical ones and batter operated ones. There is also a tremendous selection of jewelry.

I was quite surprised when I saw black hills gold. I wanted to purchase something but will have to return when I have some money saved up. Although the the pricing is reasonable I just didn't have the extra funds.
