After being in the Jewelry business for several years prior, we opened our doors into the Body Jewelry Business exclusively in 1994 and proceeded to take on the competition locally and then worldwide. The reason that we have been able to do this and to do it successfully is due to the extreme high quality jewelry standards that we set on both our body piercing jewelry and ourselves.
Vertical body jewelry is made for female genital piercings that are positioned vertically. Horizontal body jewelry, on the other hand, is made for female genital piercings that are positioned horizontally. Keep in mind that some jewelry pieces can be used for both types of piercings while some are specific to certain orientation.
Male genital jewelry includes jewelry pieces for male genital piercings. The most popular of these piercings are Prince Albert (PA), Reverse Prince Albert, Ampallang, Apadravya, Frenum, Lorum, Hafada and Guiche. There are also some rarer male genital piercings that need effective jewelry, such as Dolphin or Dydoe piercings.

Yesterday I purchased an item from The Chain Gang online. Today, I received an email that the product I purchased was on sale for %25 off. I emailed the company, assuming that they would honor the price by either crediting my account or allowing a return and repurchase. The response I received was that there was nothing they could do. In any other situation, with any other retailer, the consumer would be allowed to return the product and repurchase at the lower price.
I give two stars as I do think they have quality products, however, their customer relations/service is beyond undesirable. If you are looking for satisfactory customer support, don't hold your breath.

I've spent an irresponsible amount of money on this site, referred many friends, and I'm done. Why? Lousy customer service. I ordered a 1" curved barbell to replace initial piercing jewelry. I used the measuring guidelines on their site, I paid my money, I waited six weeks for a "custom order", and received a CBB that's at least 1.25". I have pictures of both pieces against a measuring tape to prove it.
I messaged customer care, sent pictures, and was told by Russ, and I quote, "[you] measured wrong." To replace the piece I'd basically have to *guess* how to measure, given their measurement directions aren't accurate. I even took both pieces to a local *professional* shop and they found it laughable that this CBB was considered 1". Sounds, other equipment that doesn't need measuring because they're kits or just one size, great quality.
But don't expect anything other than argument and placing blame on you the customer when it comes to jewelry that needs specific dimensions to be functional. It was a waste of money and time, the last of my (far too many) transactions with them, and certainly the end of all referrals. Caveat emptor. Buy from professionals.

Absolutely Terrific Products and PHENOMENAL Customer Service I have been completely "blown away" by the quality of the products offered by The Chain Gang, the speed at which they process orders, and he Customer Service. These products are FIRST CLASS, not only are they well made and look good, but they are also extremely comfortable. I believe this stems from their production/selling of truly great products. Personally, I am in the process of determining the correct size for a Donut Ball Stretcher.
I did a crummy job of measuring myself and started off too small (way to small), the next size I got was just slightly too big, and I'm about to get the optimal size. Thanks to The Chain Gang Customer Service, they have worked with me and been most accommodating to obtain the "right fit" for this very personal item. They made it easy for me to return the wrong size.
In the process, I developed a high degree of Customer Loyalty to them and HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEIR PRODUCTS without any hesitation. They sell the nicest personal items I have found anywhere. In my view, The Chain Gang is a fabulous site to use for your personal needs because you will be getting exceptional product quality, amazing service (most items arrive in less than a few days), and if you need it, terrific Customer Service. I cannot stress enough that while their jewelry might be a bit more pricey than other sites, you definitely get what you pay for. The quality is far above most competitor's. A Great company to do business with! I have ordered several times from The Chain Gang without any issue. I even called one time and made a size change to an order after it was placed. Great Customer Service! They cheerfully caught my order before it shipped and made the change. Each of the items I've ordered always arrived in the time expected and of the quality I hoped for.
All items were highly polished and sealed in a bag. The quality has always been good and the sizes correct to what I ordered. I order from this company because they are based in the USA (not off shore), deliver on-time, great quality, large selection, no errors and always hassle free as expected. I know if there ever is a problem, they make it right :-)

I have ordered three different items on two separate orders and have nothing but positive things to say. The quality of the merchandise is fantastic as well as quick shipping and communication. The items I purchased, I shopped around and The Chain Gang's prices could not be beat especially with free shipping. I would not hesitate to order from The Chain Gang and I certainly will be doing so in the near future. It is too bad all companies are not run as well.

Body Jewelry by The Chain Gang is an amazing merchant! The product selection is fantastic, their prices are very competitive and the purchase process is extremely easy. When you purchase something, they continually communicate with you to let you know the status of your order, and their customer service is second-to-none! I once had to make a change to an order after it was already placed and in the process of being filled, and the staff at The Chain Gang were very accommodating and made the changes I requested.
I have to say, they are 100% professional. They are most concerned about the customers' experience and ensuring they feel comfortable with their purchases. I have purchased many products from them and will continue to do so. I just wish there were more on-line merchants that were as easy and professional to deal with as these people! Lastly, the shipping times are awesome.
I live in Canada and that usually adds an extra 3 weeks to shipping times due to customs and border crossing issues. But with this organization, for some reason everything comes quickly without issue. I can't thank you enough!

A first-rate company in every way. Their customer service is top notch, and even regular USPS shipments have tracking. Their products are amazing. For anyone who likes heavy gauge jewelry - which can be very hard to find - Chain Gang is the go-to place. Their selection is great, and the jewelry itself is awesome. I bought two different pieces for my 00 PA, and both of them rock - well-crafted, beautifully finished, with a look, feel and weight that makes having a PA everything it can and should be.
