I have had 2 pieces of jewelry designed by myself and with help from Melody. The jewler there did an amazing job. They are always there to please you. I use them for repairs for jewery that I have also. I have always trusted the employees there and they will give you a timeline in which your jewery will be done.

Without a doubt the most personable jewelry sales experience I've ever had! Was pointed in the right direction as to what I was looking for, and allowed to browse. No hounding salesperson or anyone following you around. Professionally answered all my questions and gave reasonable, sound advice. Will continue using Barnes for my jewelry needs!

Love this Amarillo family owned jewelry store. I've found the widest selection of very inexpensive fun jewelry to my gorgeous Diamond wedding ring. John Hardy is my favorite line of casual jewelry and their selection is the best.

Drove in from Wichita Falls to get orbs for my ring. The lady who helped me was AMAZING. Even went as far as to tell me if I found something online to make contact and they would ship it to me! Now that's great customer service!

Everyone at Barnes Jewelry is so kind and helpful! I received the most perfect engagement ring from Barnes. When we took it in to get sized, Ryan had it finished within an hour. We were so thankful and pleased!

Sales 100%, service w/ customers 100%, service performed, absolute '0'. Brought my watch in for svc only replaced batt. No problem but watch base has added scratches to upper front and back of base. Back is heavily scratched. The band has been torqued where they tried to remove the band hence the added scratches and there is some sort of fog, which developed later, making viewing my 33 yr old watch nearly impossible.

The worse thing is the tech never said anything to anyone about his mishandling of my property. He didn't even try to fix the torque in the band he created. I'm taking my watch elsewhere and having it sent to Seiko for refurbishment! I didn't notice the damage until later that evening or I would have went back in for an accounting. There should have been a check in and check out procedure to ensure this doesn't happen, ever!

Went in with my boyfriend to get sized for wedding rings and every single person in there was SO NICE! I highly recommend shopping at this independent store. They had such a huge selection of rings for gals and guys.

My gawd, this store is full over swanky arses looking to make the biggest commission possible. If you tell them their jewels are over priced, they basically ditch you. Pretty funny as Les and Ves always talk smack on their bogus commercials, yet you can never deal directly with these folks. UPDATE* just heard they are going out of business, or calling it a retirement sale, LMAO. you guys need to be out of business with the over priced simple metal rings.#garbage

The staff are friendly and efficient and you can always pop in for a timely repair. Definitely the best stop for jewelry in the area. The are NOW located right by the mall on Westgate Parkway. Look for the white building with the space mural on the back!
