Our professional jewelers excel in wax model making, casting and fabrication of jewelry. They also work with bead and prong settings, creating Pave jewelry and bright cutting. While many jewelers have learned the basic techniques of diamond setting, very few have the physical strength to do bright cutting, which is when the jeweler needs to hand carve the metal and set the stones in a particular way. Sarah was exceptional and caring! I explained I was looking for a pendant in a specific metal. While the jewelry store did not carry the item I was looking for, Sarah telephoned a dealer who could create it and deliver it to the store in a few days. Sarah then helped me select a necklace to match the pendant and was careful in allowing me to make the right purchase. Sarah didn't pressure me into buying anything- she showed me all my options and allowed me to make the final decision. I will be wearing these pieces for the rest of my life- thank you, Sarah.

I took 2 rings into Solid Gold Jewelers to be resized. I have had problems with both repairs. 1 ring had several diamonds fall out after they resized it. That had never happen before. They told me I should be careful with it as it will lose more. (what good is a ring you can't wear?!) On the other more expensive ring the band just broke. I was lucky that I didn't lose it.
I called to explain my disappointment with the serve I was provided and was given excuse after excuse. I was told I can bring it back in but it may cost me more money. I am not paying another dime. I guess I will be taking my business elsewhere and maybe you should also!

13 years ago, I started an add a pearl necklace for my niece when she was born with the intention on giving it to her on her 16th birthday. Every occasion for several years, I would stop in and add a pearl. I eventually moved out of state and continued to do business with Solid Gold whenever I was in town. A few weeks ago, I decided to finish the necklace and worked with them over the phone to handle it remotely.
I received the finished product yesterday, and I am over the moon! It is absolutely exquisite! Their staff is always so friendly and went to a great effort to make sure it was done right every time. Definitely go see them for your jewelry needs.you won't be disappointed!

Solid Gold Jewelers Inc made a beautiful custom wedding band for my unique wedding ring when Cydney's European Imports (who originally made the wedding ring) didn't think my inquiry for a wedding band was worth responding to. Never knew a business could be too good to serve or help a returning customer. Obviously, Solid Gold gave me the time of day and got my business. They did a fabulous job and if you are in need of custom jewelry, I highly recommend them.

DO NOT USE THEIR REPAIR SERVICE. I put my watch in to have the bezel repaired on my Seiko Diver. I was out of state by the time the repair was finished, and my friend mailed the watch to me. The bezel now barely turns, and does not click as it is suppose to. Now I'll have to pay again to have the bezel repaired by a competent watch repair shop. ABSOLUTELY WORTHLESS.
The staff at Solid Gold Jewelers was nice & helpful enough, but the people that do their repair work aren't even capable of doing a simple repair job correctly or they just don't care. One star, worst possible rating.
