The entire staff at M.S. Brown Jewelers are incredible! We have gone to them for multiple things over the past year (watch repair, purchase jewelry, and creating an engagement ring), and every time they exceed our expectations. Most recently, we used them to create a custom engagement ring with an incredible end result. Through the whole design process, to the fittings, resizing, and cleanings afterwards we had an extremely pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for engagement/wedding rings, watch repair, and to purchase jewelry.

Went to get my watch fixed and it was done in 15 minutes and was very inexpensive. First visit and I will be back. Great place

With all the horror stories, being a New-B in town, I was very skeptical leaving my heart shaped diamond ring and wedding band with a stranger. FEAR NO MORE, There are not enough characters to express my sincere trust, professionalism, Impeccable service, knowledge and a new friend. They even took the time to phone me before the actual repair, to confirm our decisions.

Met the staff today. They welcomed us like we were family. Gloria I spoke with on the phone, was so kind and sweet. Took my wife's ring in to have the stone reset. With that said I expected to leave the ring to have the repair done when they were able. They took the ring and fixed it immediately. I can't thank them enough, I am grateful to have found a reputable jeweler locally, and one so kind and friendly to boot. No brainer. Great find. This place is amazing. My daughter's boyfriend had his heart set on proposing to her during our recent vacation in Sea Isle City. He had an engagement ring picked out at a jeweler back home in PA but they couldn't have it ready in time. Plan B: Find a very similar ring at the Jersey shore and have it ready in three days or less. He thought it was hopeless but as luck would have it, we called the right jeweler. M. S.

I am new to the area and I have several pieces of jewelry that hold a sentimental value as well as monetary value. I took the jewelry to M.S. Brown and was so very pleased with the entire experience. Mr. Brown (Michael), his daughter and son-in-law were so professional, helpful, honest and attentive in all of my needs. I had a oval pin that I wanted to make into a pendant. The final piece is just spectacular. I would recommend this jewelry store for all your needs in custom work, purchases and repairs.

I love this jeweler. I have bought many things over the years. This year my husband bought me a Wildwood destination bracelet from them and it is beautiful. So I wanted earrings to match and they made it very easy and quick to purchase WW destination earrings as well. They were helpful over the phone and got the earrings to me very quickly I would advise anyone to shop there.

When I go back to Wildwood next summer or maybe before I want to buy the WW destination ring next. Last summer I bought 14K gold large hoops and I love them as well. This is a jeweler I trust and is worth shopping at. Marilyn Sherman
