What I love about Bradley's Jewelers. when I walk in the front door, I'm greeted with sincere friendliness. I've been bring estate jewelry for repair, most is of sentimental value, but each piece has been exceptionally restored, the perfect matching stone for my grandmother's mother's ring, replacement emerald cut garnets for a bracelet and restrung pearls with questionable authenticity!

So they're not Mikimoto, my mom wore them and therein lies the thing I love most. customer satisfaction! Bradley's cases are filled with exquisite jewelry, the service is impeccable and I walk away happy to have a "hometown" jeweler I can count on! Highly recommend!

If I could give zero stars I would, I came in with the idea in mind of getting a charm or two for my wife's birthday and I absolutely felt like I was ignored. After coming in and not greeted for a while I felt it was cold, then when approached I felt it was harsh and demeaning almost like I was wasting their time since I was at pandora and not diamonds. One thing for sure, I'm glad there's a place in the mall that sells pandora because I sure will not be back to this "business"

I took several rings (wedding rings and several diamond bands) to Bradley's and talked to Brad about the possibility of having them all melted down and designed into a wide 14kt gold band with the center diamond surrounded by the small diamonds retrieved from the diamond bands mounted on the top center crown of the wide band. When I received the ring today, I could not believe my eyes!

The ring that Brad designed and the finished product far exceeded my wildest dreams. My new ring is absolutely stunning and I couldn't be more proud to wear it and show it off. I applaud Bradleys for their outstanding workmanship and excellent dedication to perfection and customer satisfaction. I recommend them for all jewelry needs (I have also used them for other jewelry items) as their work is far and above excellent and the staff are extremely pleasant. Brad was professional and went out of his way to make sure I was satisfied. I recommend Bradley's Jewelers for all jewelry needs 100%.

This being my first and most defiantly not my last time at Bradley's jeweler's I was very happy with the service I was provided. I was more then taken care of by JoJo, she helped me to find everything that I was looking for and more. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout my entire purchase, I will most defiantly be paying a visit back to this jeweler.

I just purchased a anniversary and birthday gift for my wife at Bradley's and was extremely pleased with JoJo, she was genuinely the most nicest and helpful person. She just went above and beyond. I wish I could give her a raise! Thanks JoJo

Wonderful place to go to with friendly helpful people! I came in with a broken pandora bracelet that was given to me as a gift so I didn't have a receipt. I told them my situation and was quickly helped and my pandora bracelet was fixed quickly with no problems! I am extremely grateful for everyone and all of the help.! Thank you so much.

To preface, Barnes Jewelers is where you should go. Watch Repair: Went in to get screws and a new battery for my watch face. I called before I went to get a quote and the lady on the phone said she would have to see it. fair enough. I go in and the lady says it will be $15 for the battery and $15 for the screws. I had the glass replaced at Barnes Jewelers for $45 a few years back, so the price seemed a little steep.

I asked what if I bought the battery and the lady said it would still be $15 because they have to put it in. Luckily, they didn't have the right type of screws, said it would be two weeks, so I took it back to Barnes. $10 and it'll be ready in 2 working days. They get 2 stars because all the salespeople welcomed me with a smile. That went away once I mentioned repair. Just seem overpriced and underwhelming.

Reviews matter! My husband and I found Bradly's Jewelers through on-line review research. WE could not be happier with the six pieces of jewelry we had repaired. Some of the repairs were minor and some major, though all especially important to us. I found this to be an emotional experience because many of the pieces had belonged to much loved family members, my mother, my husband's father, my favorite aunt, along with my engagement ring and husband's wedding band.

As Brad inspected the pieces with us, he was genuinely interested in the history of each piece, which of course floods you with countless memories. Brad spent at least an hour with us, not something we have experienced at other jewelers. The repair work is also done onsite, another unique feature of Bradley's and an important consideration. We were given a printed repair order, with a picture of each piece along with the repair cost for that piece.

We were told exactly when the repairs would be completed and given a courtesy phone call upon completion. True to their word the repairs were done, and call received as promised. We are thrilled with the repairs and ecstatic to have our precious pieces back and on our hands, some had not been worn in a number of years. A couple of my repaired rings caught the eye of a few of my friends right away and they commented on how beautiful they were. Thank you, Bradley's Jewelers.

Absolutely amazing experience! Went in just for questions about replacing my white sapphire in my wedding ring (ring was purchased elsewhere). I had chipped the sapphire several times, plus it became cloudy after just 5 years. I was helped by Erika, who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable. I am all about lab created diamonds and was so happy to hear Bradley's offerred them.

I was also very pleased that the jewler does all the work in store and my ring would never leave the building without me attached to it. Erika had found the perfect diamond for my ring within minutes. I was approved for financing quickly and painlessly. I took some time to consider the purchase since I originally went in just for information, but I was back an hour later ready to buy! Erika was so helpful and professional, I definitely recommend her. On top of everything, the jewler had finished my ring the next day! I cannot thank Erika and Bradley's Jewelers enough for making my ring beautiful again!
