I've used them twice for jewelry repairs. They're quick, super nice, affordable, and always a job well done.

Great, I needed a new battery for my watch and they replaced it within one hour. That was fine ran a couple of errands came back picked it up. The lady(s) were very nice.

I dropped my ring off at Michael's for a repair after the diamond fell out of my ring. Luckily I caught the diamond in my lap as it fell and I was able to package it in a small plastic bag to take for a repair. The staff at Michael's was very kind and inspected the ring to find that a prong was bent. They said it would only take around ten days to repair!

I decided to go through with the repair, because all other jewelers were claiming that a repair wouldn't be done until February. I was given a small contract to fill out and sign for coverage on the ring and was quoted a $40 fee for repair! This is a GREAT cost considering there repair would be so quick as well. I had an amazing experience with Michael's and will absolutely recommend them to anyone with repair inquiries!

Micheal is "the best" at designing jewelry. He has done my work for years and is most trustworthy. He has some of the most beautiful pieces, not just jewelry, but bags, etc. Make a special trip to visit his store!

Michael was so helpful in assisting me to create a perfect custom piece! I was nervous about even going, but he quickly put me at ease. Michael offered suggestions and ideas I hadn't even thought about. He's very methodical in his processes and willing to listen to your wishes instead of simply selling you a product. I left the store completely at ease, waiting anxiously for my custom piece of jewelry to be made. Michael is one of the most amazing individuals I've ever worked with!

I stopped by Michael's to see if they could engrave a ring I had made for my grand daughter. It was a size 1 ring so it was very small. They took care of me right away and was able to do the work for me as I waited. Most places would have had me leave the ring and wait a month to get it completed. I was extremely pleased with the professionalism and the workmanship.

They didn't even charge me for the work performed. I will return to Michael's for any future jewelry purchases. Thank You for your understanding how important the work you performed for me was. First granddaughter's are very special. Thanks Again.

I went in for some knowledgeable information and these lovely ladies in there were three most helpful people in the world! I can't wait to actually make a purchase from them. They're customer service alone makes me want to spend my money there! They were so helpful and I wasn't even asking them for help with something that I bought from them. When I can go to a business and they help you no matter what, that means they're a wonderful place to do business.

We love everything about Michaels. He has added some custom work to my original wedding set twice now. I love his work and their customer service is top notch!

Michael of Michael's Jewelry is an amazing jeweler! He has created a couple of custom pieces for me. He is an artist! Best of all, this gentleman takes pride and care in his work. The workmanship is flawless! Both pieces he made for me were made from scratch. Some dimonds I had and he put them in the most gorgeous necklace! My new ring, OMG!, he nailed it!
