Barnes Jewelers

A couple years ago they did a great job on my custom engagement ring. This week I dropped it off to get it cleaned and couldn't make it back to pick up before closing. We had travel plans that night to get to our wedding, and Scott was incredibly gracious to verify our identity and come back to work to help us make our flight on time. He didn't make us feel like we were inconveniencing him, although we certainly were. We feel incredibly blessed by Scott, who helped us make the perfect ring and saved our day with such a positive attitude!

Scott has great customer service and goes above and beyond any jeweler out there. We had a ring that needed to be clean for our wedding and was able to get it done on short notice. He even gave us our ring after hours and was able to deliver before our wedding. Scott and Barnes Jewelers will always be my preferred jeweler.

Today December 28 I went to the Barnes Jewelers store, we had to return a bracelet that my husband gave my daughter for Christmas day but it was not the one she wanted. I, my daughter and my son decided to look for the one she wanted so we went to this one store where the young woman who attended us whose name appears on the purchase receipt was too antisocial, very bad and useless.

She attended us without any cordiality, I am a cosmetologist and I know about customer service so I dare to say that she is too inconvenient for this store, too bad my husband had paid $ 175 for the jewel and for her attitude and no help we decided to buy online like that that he had to return us 117 dollars which we only wanted to exchange for other jewels. (how sad to find people like that)

I have had rings, diamond and saphire tennis bracelet repaired and a Versace watch. The repairs were perfect, the staff is friendly and professional. Looking forward to purchaing a diamond tennis bracelet from Barnes.

I follow Barnes on Facebook, and I'm so glad I do. I saw some of their amazing jewelry and got great ideas for mother's day. They were quick to respond to my messages and questions, and when I called the store directly, the great service continued! Melissa listened to my needs, got back to me quickly with just the right items, and I could hear her smile all the way through the phone!

I'm a down home girl and, now that I live in Raleigh, I enjoy getting down home service. And it's great to shop locally owned, small businesses! Thank you thank you thank you!

Thank you Scott for going above and beyond today in helping me to replace a diamond earring that I had lost!
