Polite and curteous staff, nice store. Staff remains polite and professional even when dealing with hilljacks trying to cause a scene and being obnoxious.

This is probably my favorite place to go for anything jewelry related. Me and the wife bought our rings here. One of my many watches too. They are also pretty fast and reasonably priced for watch battery replacement.

Very Friendly and an enjoyable experience getting our watches repaired.

My first experience was with a key chain for my boyfriend. That lead to a matching one for me.then engagement ring.wedding ring for him.and one to several bracelets for me.we plan more purchases on the future. Got my ring resized and the stone fixed (it was loose) the service is always super fast and extremely friendly and professional! Plus they always polish the jewelry so nicely before returning it. I don't believe I'll ever go anywhere else :)

I sent my wedding ring in to get fixed after the band was bent in an incident at work. I recieved it back and it looked like a new ring, bent free, polished and cleaned. I also sent my mother's wedding set in that was over 50 years old. They repair the thinned and broken band like new. Very impressed would definitely recommend this jewelry store. Very Friendly;

I went in for a quick peek during my visit to Escanaba and left with a new jeweler! I spoke to multiple staff members, all very nice and knowledgeable. The store is filled with exceptional pieces in all price ranges. However, the manager, Alexis, is the staff member who lead me to purchasing a very beautiful sapphire and diamond pendant. She is extremely knowledgeable, makes you feel comfortable discussing prices, and never pressured me into purchase. I'm glad I did purchase as this pendant will be in my family for generations. They also cleaned my jewelry for free! Stop in, you'll be glad you did!

I have bought many items here over the years and have gotten great deals and high quality jewelry. I have brought in older jewelry to be repaired and have had great service. I've been in here twice in my life. Both times they looked down their noses and acted like they were better than me. It's not like I showed up dressed in rags or anything. Since they're too good to take my money I'll gladly bring it somewhere that will treat me with some respect.
