The manufacturing process for the Fashion Jewelry products starts in our factory overseas. The gold and silver bonding process is performed here in the US in our factory in Prescott, Arizona. The products are then distributed directly to you.

I was considering this company to purchase jewelry after looking at the independent retailer magazine. After reading a few reviews online, it seems the employer is posting trash on people in a very unprofessional and public way. These comments at best should be handled off line. If your wholesale customer posts negative things online then handle it and stop posting long conversations.
If you are a great company, you wouldn't do that. Respond with a sentence saying positive information, for example "Im sorry you feel that way, We will handle your issues offline, we will offer a refund, etc". Respond online, but don't get in to a battle. Remember, if you have integrity, treat customers honestly and fairly, then you won't have to worry about your reviews.
The great reviews will always overcome the bad ones. This is just my experience in life. Any business will have issues to address with customers. However, the good will always out way the bad.

Stay far away from this company. I have been ordering from them for several years and each time the fulfillment of the order gets worse. Their excuse is most always, "We are redesigning that item". I ordered over 150+ items this week and they only have 17 of the items I ordered. Also, they substitute things you don't order and will not make good on their mistakes.
I have had several customers send things back to them for replacement by their "LIFETIME GUARANTEE" to never hear a word from Sun Fashion. I make good at my business as customer satisfaction. I shouldn't have to warranty their "LIFETIME GUARANTEE". Very unprofessional. Very rude and untruthful. I will not use them again. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I buy everything I need from Sun Fashion! If they don't have it I don't need it. They do a great job with all my orders and seem to ship very fast. They have some of the best fashion jewelry i can get my hands on cannot wait till they supply Stainless steel! I have yet to be dissatisfied with an order. Thank you for your excellence!

The person who responded to Jim Cole's response is not being truthful. I am JIM COLE! You have never replaced ANY jewelry for me. You never gave me a refund and NEVER contacted me to resolve anything after our initial conversation. I would never order anything from your company again. Why are ALL of your 4 & 5 star reviews from a month ago? The consumers searching online know whats real and whats not. Contact me and do the right thing instead of posting incorrect responses and you will start to get 4 & 5 stars.

I worked for this company promising i would make lots of money with them, I kept seeing people get hired and fired like 7 or 8 people i was only there a month. the last week i was there my boss (gloria) gave me the flu along with another employee i ended up in the hospital and the dr said that i should take time off i choose to still work to days, agreement with her she then called told me i was lying to her for going to cali with my dad, az convo went on she tried to tell me i was quitting if you call someone and tell them that its not going to work then that meens you are firing them, right? when i did work alot of thing i didnt feel right about doing but did to keep a job. now i am having a hard time finding a job and struggling. there is alot of fake ness in this company and i agree with Jim they need to be investigated. RUDE RUDE RICH OWNERS.

I purchased over $700 dollars worth of jewelry from Sun Fashion Designs. We went to their office/plant and took a tour, and then selected all of the styles that we wanted to sell. In less than 3 weeks a lot of the gold and silver plated jewelry started to turn colors. I called in to discuss my options because they claim a lifetime guarantee against any defects.
The Lady that took my call blamed me and said it must be how I store the jewelry or that It must be oxidation due to me exposing the jewelry to moisture. I asked for a refund because they had misrepresented their product to me and that refused. I was given the option to put the jewelry back in their original bags and send it back so they could replace it with more JUNK that is going to change colors again.
How can I sell this CRAP, and claim a LIFETIME GUARANTEE NOT TO FADE, knowing that it will fade in a couple of weeks! They are very rude and should be investigated by the Attorney General. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY! BUYER BEWARE! Thanks to the ability to post reviews, I may save somebody a lot of aggravation.
