I ordered a fossil watch from amazon and I was excited but I couldn't figure out the date brought it here and they figured it out and did it for me no charge! I originally brought it there for a chain link adjustment but they spotted what I couldn't see fixed it and got me on my way and the gentlemen were so so polite and over all the best place to get your watch maintenance done! I called Bill with less than 3 weeks notice saying that I needed a custom morganite/diamond engagement ring and wedding band. I told him the details, and within 3 days he had a 3D rendering complete. After a couple small tweaks, Bill had the design spot on. 14 days later, it was ready for pick up. I was absolutely amazed. It's gorgeous and unique just like my wife. She teared up when she saw it and I couldn't be happier with the service Draeb Jewelers provided in such a short notice. Great work!
