I am so glad to have found them (actually drove straight by not realizing it was there the first time I went looking) but they are so conveniently located to me that I had to try again. Jeff adjusted my new watch on the spot and Michelle helped me find an earring to match my favorite necklace. Absolutely will go back again! Great service and atmosphere!

I walked in to the store without an appointment, hoping to have a watch sized. The store is beautiful and the staff is welcoming and friendly. I was greeted immediately and within minutes my watch was with Jeff, who was personable and professional. My watch was sized properly within minutes. I was even offered a water while a waited. Great local jeweler. I'll be back for sure.

Everyone take note. This jeweler by far is the best. Took my citizen watch in on April 8th, 2022 to get it sized. The gentleman in the repair dept knew exactly what is going on. Explained to me he has 34 yrs of experience and it showed. Plus the size of the store is huge. If you can't find it here, you won't find it anywhere. I give this place a FIVE STAR

I walked in to the store to get my watch resized and they were quick and friendly. During that time I walked around the store and they had very beautiful jewelry. For not knowing the place was there for the longest time with living really close I would definitely go back there to do shopping someday. I would definitely recommend going there too.

I needed to have a watch fit to size, and arrived without an appointment. I was in initially taken back because I had no idea how beautiful the store was displayed and stocked. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. They asked Jeff, one of their watchmakers, to drop what he was doing to help me out, he was quick to help out. After several tries to get the right fit, Jeff offered his service complimentary with the hopes I would return some day with wife wife for a meaningful purchase. This staff really understands customer care and the best way to build a business. You can feel confident bringing any jewelry needs to this team.
