Wickersham Jewelry

I bring my watches to Wickersham's to change the batteries. They do a great job and are reasonable for this service. It is usually done in the same day. I'm always happy with their services.

I brought in a 2 stone diamond ring that I inherited. Wickersham Jewelry was able to take those stones to create 2 beautiful rings that I will cherish, and eventually pass on to my daughters. The turn around time was exceptionally quick, and the customer service that I received from Emily was excellent!

When I got my engagement ring Bryce was very helpful and suggested certain ones that I might like and we did end up finding a perfect match I am in love with! She also provided me with the insurance and all the great benefits to adding it on my ring, which helped me out more ways than one. I also got my bumble bee necklace and Ashley helped me so much, she helped me figure out which one I would love the most.

We went through a couple different ones but she ended up finding the bee one and I fell in love with how cute small and simple it was. These ladies helped me out tremendously whenever I've shopped at Wickersham Jewelry and I feel absolutely welcomed every time I get my ring cleaned.

Love this place and how friendly they are. I have multiple pieces of jewelry from here and Im not disappointed at all.

I worked with Emily to have a ring made for my granddaughter's graduation. I was not sure what I wanted. Emily had some great ideas. I picked a setting gave her the diamonds and the rest was easy. Will be going back there

Brought in an engagement ring, wedding band, and family heirloom ring to get appraised. 2 of the rings were resized as well. Wickersham did a quality job in a reasonable amount of time at a great price. I highly recommend!

Very pricey!they wanted $300 for a dinky necklace. Found one on line 4x bigger in width for half the price.

I'd like to explain a little bit about our situation. We had actually found our first set of wedding bands through Zales and from the beginning we were very nervous and had a comfortable feeling of the process with them. We decided to go to Wickersham to see if we could find anything. We walked in and instantly we were greeted with a huge smile. Bryce made us feel comfortable and celebrated the fact we were getting married!

She made it so easy and was patient with us every second through the process! We ended up canceling our order through Zales and went with Bryce! She did such an amazing job and I will always hold onto the special moment she made for us!

I dont have experience at or in this store, however, I received a silver chain and pendant from my boyfriend that he said was purchased here after looking high and low for something special to give me for Christmas 2019. Because of circumstances I received it in March or April 2020. We went lake swimming for the weekend of July 4th. After swimming, we were just sitting on lounge chairs when the necklace fell into my lap, in 3 different pieces. The chain broke in 2 places.? After this happened my boyfriend informed me the necklace "was not cheap". I said "I know Hunny I know"?

They are super friendly and sized and cleaned my parents precious wedding bands beautifully. The rings looked gorgeous when they were finished. Trust this jeweler, you won't be sorry!

Stopped in to have a simple repair. The staff was super professional and delivered exceptional customer service. I asked if by chance they had a a piece of jewelry for a gift for my girlfriend. Lo and behold, they had one in stock and they even offered it to me at a great price. All in all, great customer service, great selection, great prices. Paige was so wonderful to work with! She went out of her way to help me with a disaster of an experience that I had at a jewelry store in Appleton. The team at Wickersham is amazing! They are great about looking up previous add a pearl purchases to ensure that I'm ordering the correct ones. They are so warm and friendly and I always look forward to doing business with them.

This was the best experience for me! Paul took the time to listen to what I wanted in my design and he created a beautiful ring for me. I had a lot of questions throughout the process. Paul was very patient with me and answered all of my questions, all while assuring me that I would be very happy with the design, and if I wasn't he would do everything he could to be sure that I loved my ring when it was all said and done.
