What a great experience. Sara and Bruce were extremely professional, and accomidating with my hand crafted design, that they took and put on their CAD designer, perfected the design, and had it custom produced. It is beautiful. This is the 3rd custom, hand crafted design they have done for me, and all of them are excellent pieces. You should definately seek them out for their excellence in customer service, professionalism, and design craftmanship.

My husband was sold, after visiting several other shops, while shopping for my engagement ring 11 years ago. We have trusted them ever since. The staff are knowledgeable and committed to products and repairs you'll be happy with for a lifetime. After encountering lots of pushy, haughty staff in other shops, we found this a welcome change. Plus, the shop dog is adorable, though so well-behaved you might not know she's there.

The selection in the store is excellent. The quality of the merchandise is unparalleled. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and also trustworthy. I have purchased several gifts from this store and the recipients have been thrilled (including myself). They have everything from watches to engagement sets to colored gemstones to designer diamond pieces.

I have had all of my jewelry resizing and repairs done at WR Chance for many years now. They always take care to do the work I want done on my pieces with precision and accuracy. On the very rare occasion that I have had any small issue Mr. Chance has resolved it to my satisfaction immediately. I love this unassuming gem of a jewelry store on our Main Street in Annapolis. It is a true family owned business, the likes of which are fading fast in our communities. Go out and support this wonderful store and you will be glad you did!

W.R. Chance designed and made a pendant for my daughter's 30th birthday. They use the diamond, wedding ring and engagement setting from my marriage to her father. Her father is now deceased. The pendant is strikingly beautiful and holds many memories. Thank you, W.R. Chance.

My fiance and I were in Annapolis for the afternoon, and decided to pop in to WR Chance to casually browse the women's gold band selection. Everyone was very helpful, they happened to be having a sale on the one I liked the best, and I left with my wedding band! Don't really know how it could have gone any better.
