Brought my ring in to be resized.when I came back to pick up it looked Brand New! Very happy! Perfect fit! Great experience!

Bought new right hand rings that turned out absolutely beautiful. The rings were here before they thought, so I was thrilled!. Wedding rings cleaned and checked also. They are sparkling too. Great place and so friendly.

The guy in here is rude, fiance and I went to look at rings for him with the intention of buying one. The guy walked away from us as soon as another couple came in and didn't even ask if we wanted to purchase rings. I was asking about potentially polishing up my great grandma's ring which has quite a lot of wear, I was immediately told it wasn't read gold or diamond, which I obviously knew.

I wanted it for travel and to leave my nice bridal set that I had already purchased at home, that way nothing happened to it. I really don't care about it being real gold or diamond, I am so fed up with people assuming that is all women care about. I seldom wear jewelery because I just don't like jewelry, so I do not care if it isn't real. I will hardly wear it anyway.

We told him the date of our wedding (4 months out) and he said we still had plenty of time. No, we don't. I will never step foot into a jeweler's store again, we will only purchase jewelery online after this experience. Very glad I didn't get my wedding set here. Unimpressed.

I brought a difficult ring into them to increase the size. They did an amazing job. Great to work with also!

They were supper nice and got my ring sodered in a very timely matter. Any time I have had questions they answer honestly and are willing to help make decisions with what your looking for or wanting to do.

Great work, very pleased they replaced four stones in my wife's wedding ring and cleaned it up very nice. I tried taking it to the other jewelry store in town and they wanted to charge me 5 times what these guys charged me for the same work.

Great jewelry store! I would definitely recommend, the worker that helped me was very friendly and she was super patient with me which I thought was HUGE.I was picking out an engagement ring for my girlfriend (well, fiance now!) So it was a hard choice and I never once felt pressured by her or felt like I was me conned into something, I also was given a pretty decent discount just because! So can't complain there!.my girl LOVES her ring and couldn't be happier!

My husband and I purchased my wedding ring from Skewed in 1991. with the money from my husbands student loan check. We can back this month to purchase a new run for our 30th anniversary and the selection was amazing. The staff were listening to our ideas and we found the perfect ring. Thank you!

I took a ring in that I had received years ago from them. However, I've been unable to wear because of arthritis in my hands. They enlarged ring for me and I am able to wear my beautiful ring again. Do happy with the results.

I bought both my engagement ring and my wedding band here and was pleased at the time. Since then I had to get them resized, I was told the first time that they wouldn't resize them both and that I had to come. back and pay the $60 some again to resize the wedding band. Just recently I came in to get them soldered and resized. They're still too tight which I said when picking them up and was told to come back.

I will not pay the $60 something again because at this point I've paid nearly the price of both rings. Very unhappy. Not to mention it turned my skin black where they soldered. I have been contacted so I hope there can be a comfortable resolution.

I walked in and wasn't even acknowledged even though I was seen by the person working. All he needed to say was I'll be with you in a moment. I waited for ten minutes and then left and went to Marcotte where 2 people immediately welcomed me and were able help me out. I will never be going back to Skewes.
