I have been to this Jeweler a few times now. My first 2 visits were to exchange a pair of diamond studs for a larger pair, you pay for the original pair then to upgrade to a larger pair you return the original + pay the difference in price between sizes. My latest visit was to resize a few rings that no longer fit. I wasnt in a rush to get them back and didnt expect them back until after christmas, to my suprise they were done and fit perfectly before the holiday festivities. Thanks for always taking such great care of me and my jewelry.

Couldn't have been happier with the customer service as everyone was friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. Our purchase is so beautiful and it was finished sooner than expected. So happy they were open on a Saturday afternoon when we decided to shop for jewelry!
