Born and raised in Alexandria, we are a second generation family-owned full service jewelry store specializing in fine diamond engagement rings, men's wedding bands and custom bridal design. Jewelry repairs are a very important part of our business.

I brought my wedding band to sized down and a friend's engagement ring to be repaired. Rod did a magnificent job, I have absolutely no complaints. I would willingly suggest to anyone needing jewelry for any reason or occasion to go to Karrow's. I know I will be going there to get my wife a grandmother's ring. My fiance and I went to Karrow's for my engagement ring and had a wonderful experience! I don't know that much about diamonds or engagement rings but Karen took the time to educate me and explain differences in ring styles and diamonds. I felt like I was able to make an informed desicion, not just picking out a sparkly ring; she genuinely cared about me (and my fiance's) having a positive experience. Best Jewlers in town. They take good care of old and new customers. I got my mother's family ring reset and they did a wonderful job. I also lost one of my diamond earrings and they quickly ordered a new one for me. Best customer service from the owners to the staff.
