If you don't absolutely adore your jewelry purchase, we don't want your money. Wear your jewelry for up to 30 days and if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will be happy to provide an in store credit for the full amount. When it comes to custom jewelry, most jewelers will require a commitment before the customer sees the finished piece of jewelry.
We offer a 30 Day Satisfaction Guarantee on all of our jewelry. There may be some exceptions for highly personalized items; for instance, mother's rings, or jewelry with initials. We guarantee our workmanship. If a stone falls out and is lost due to faulty workmanship, we will replace it. We do not replace stones that fall out due to normal wear or accidents.
We don't just get the job done. We get it done right. While most jewelers and repair trade shops carelessly race through a job just to get it off their bench, we take as much time as it takes to do it right. Unfortunately, we do not do any type of watch repair (including batteries or watch bands.) We take great pride in our workmanship.
Karat gold jewelry includes a variety of colors and karat values. Some commonly used colors are yellow, white, rose, and green gold. In America we generally use 10K, 14K, and sometimes 18K gold. Unlike sterling silver jewelry, gold does not tarnish easily. It also holds a polish better than the other metals commonly used for jewelry.

This is a local jewelry store and any time I go in there the staff is very friendly. I went in to find out if I could adjust the length on my Pandora bracelet. Unfortunately it can't be done. I also discovered that they will no longer carry Pandora items. They did have a few spacers (?) half price so I bought those. Thank you for great service as always!

GB jewelers are the best place to take your jewleey in the county. I took a ring that had been poorly sized by a different jeweler to be fixed there, and they went above and beyond. The goldsmith came down and explained exactly what he was going to do, any hesitations he had and was just super pleasant to talk to. I'm delighted by the work they did and the customer service as well.

My Fiance and I took in my mothers wedding sets from my dad to be redesigned into something special for us. I recently had a wedding ring redesigned and it turned out absolutely stunning. They created the original ring in 1996 which was stunning at the time as well. Our family has had Jim and Tim design or remake various pieces of jewelry since the early 1970's and have never been disappointed. I live in Beaverton where there are plenty of options for jewelers and I always rely on GB. Wonderful customer service and creativity!

Brought in my grandmother's wedding ring to be resized after she passed away. I was charged double what I was quoted at other jewelers but I decided to go ahead with it because I hated the idea of the other jewelers sending it out of town to be resized. I didn't want it to be lost in the mail so I went ahead with GB Jewelers because they do all their work in town which is wonderful.
The woman who helped me really was what turned me off to ever bringing my business back to GB Jewelers. She critiqued my fingers which was strange but what really got me was when she told me that my ring could be fake because in the 1940's my grandfather probably couldn't afford real diamonds. Which could be true and I totally get that but it's not about real or fake.
That ring is the symbol of love my grandfather gave to my mother. It was not what she said but how she said it all. I love a good family run, small town business but customer service really failed me. Two brothers like jewelry. They have been designing and selling for decades. They know the business. My interactions have been good. Their inventory is not large but you can find good things. For small things like batteries or ring sizing they are a good resource. It is mainly about trust. I trust them to know what they are doing. I trust them to be honest. They are businessmen who have been in this business a long time. We don't buy much jewelry but if we do, we go there.

Buying jewelry is all about trust. Can you trust that the stone you are buying is of the quality advertised? Can you trust that the metals used to make that ring or pendant are the best quality?. They are known for their custom designs and to own one is special. Last year I talked with them about designing a ring for me. I wanted something different than one usually sees in gentlemen's rings. I knew I didn't want something massive. No diamonds (men should not wear them. period) No onyx etc.etc. I knew what I didn't want. I just wasn't sure how to get what I did want.
After taking some time to play with ideas we picked a blue sapphire, oval cut stone, decided on a combination of white and red gold and the result was a one of a kind red, white and blue ring that features hand fashioned red gold insets in a white gold base designed to compliment the shape of the stone. The end product is subtle and still has some weight in 18 karat gold. I'm very happy to own this and it is something that will last for generations.
The best part was the surprisingly affordable price at a time when rare stones are quite expensive and gold is through the ceiling. I have purchased many pieces from GB Jewelers over the years and have never suffered disappointment.
